I really wanted to like this place. What can I say, I love my cookies. The price for what you get is overreaching in comparison to the other cookie stores on the market, meaning you get a better quality cookie that's three times the size at the competitors. The cookies were not consistent in size and none were bigger than a cookie you might make at home. Some were painfully thin and most were very crunchy and one even hard. I prefer a softer cookie with ooey gooey soft morsels. Not happening here. I tried 6 different flavor profiles and was not impressed at all. From the moment I walked in, Sady greeted me with a warm smile and genuinely friendly attitude. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and even took the time to make great recommendations when I couldnāt decide.
Her customer service was top-notch ā fast, professional, and super personable. You can really tell she cares about making customers feel welcome. The cookies were delicious (as always), but Sadyās service is what truly made this visit stand out.
If you stop by, I hope you get the chance to be helped by Sady ā...

So I guess going at 3pm caused her to have to get up and work.
Not saying I wouldnāt go back, but...
