I go to this McDonald's practically every day to get breakfast, I know Amanda and Tony by name which is the managers, NEVER had any issues with either of them they have always been so nice and welcoming, and ALOT of times I get my food and go outside and set in the far corner in the shade and eat and listen to my phone , however this morning I was setting on the curb waiting on my ride to show up before we went inside to eat and then out of no where a man approached me from the front of the store to the back corner where I was setting he never asked me what I was doing, he never asked if I needed help or assistance... All he did was tell me this is private property you have to leave , he said I saw you setting there earlier when I pulled in but I thought you were a worker that's why I disnt say anything then that supervisor could take a lesson from the 18 year old kid AIDEN who was working the register and training someone because he had kindness and he cared to make sure that all the customers were taken care of and had what they needed unlike RICHARD he supervisor I have been talking about , who I volunteered that all I was doing was waiting for my friend to show up needless to say I had to go in by myself inside to get a drink and sit down inside so I was a paying customer so they could not make me leave "PRIVATE PROPERTY" as he called it so therefore if you want better customer service go to the MCDONALD'S ON 394 and because of the supervisor disrespect and lack of kindness it is now my mission to ruin this McDonald's every time they make a mistake I'll be there to...
Read moreI do not care for this store at all, the service is very slow and do not value their customers. Food is usually either not made correctly, items missing, cold, or wrong item all together. I would avoid this restaurant unless your really craving mcdonalds and if you do make sure you check your food before you leave.
One thing that i regularly request is mayo on my chicken biscuit. They refuse to put it on the biscuit for me, they give me some excuse that they cant take the mayo out of the frig that early because it will go bad by time they close. Then i say why dont they just use two containers for the mayo and switch them during they day or give the cooks the mayo packets to put on the sandwhiches, the manager doesnt seem to care. Its really not that big of a deal but its annoying trying to apply mayo while driving after getting the biscuit from the drive through and just the manager could really care less if the customers are satisfied or not.
My wife likes to order the oatmeal, they regurally put way to much water in at and serve me a soupy mess and i have to take it back and have them remake it.

Read moreTruly if I could give 0 stars, I would. Pay attention people. I have been becoming to this McDonald’s for YEARS. I live only down the road. I’ve opted to using the app after work as it is easier and takes off stress. Well. Right before 7pm, I placed my order. Drove the 2 minutes to McDonald’s. And waited. And waited. I sat in the parking lot for over 30 minutes and when I checked my app, it said my order was complete. So I went inside. Where I was met by a disheveled blonde manager who said “ok” and walked away. She said nothing to her cooks. But one overheard and quickly searched for the order to start making the food. I waited another 10 minutes. I had to remind them of the drinks, the sauces, etc. came home and half the order was wrong. As my father bit into the sandwich, it was completely raw. I will be contacting health department. I am appalled. I called and let McDonalds know. Was offered a new burger if I wanted to come back. Nothing for anything else they had screwed up. Not once during this did anyone...
