McDonald's — Restaurant in Johnson City

I stopped in to get a drink and upon arriving I noticed a member of management standing beside the enclosure to the dumpster smoking Marijuana. It was the manager that drives the Ford Escape, the hefty guy with a shaved head/short hair. I just got a drink because I was thirsty, normally I get more. I had lost my phone in my truck(I work out of my truck so it can be a bit messy @ times). I was there for a little while looking for my phone, and one of the times I went in, that same manager said something slick to me but it wasn't to my face, he wasn't even by the counter, so I didn't hear what he said but by his tone it was rude and uncalled for. So this evening I gave someone a ride to this establishment and learned that this gentleman was trying to call the cops on me, that he said that he 'trespassed' me, and luckily another employee let me know his intentions and I left. I don't know if he is upset because I mentioned to another employee instead of calling the home office that everytime that he works he gives me cold soggy fries, but he never said to me that I had been there too long or anything because that's all it would have taken for me to leave. I will be calling the home office though for sure tomorrow morning and letting them know that they have a member of management that does drugs on the clock, is rude to customers and employees both, and has no qualms about lying. I thought I was doing him a solid by not reporting him to the home office in Kingsport or to corporate, but I know I can't be the only one that he's been nasty to. I know this one time, a gentleman from Asheville got stranded because his ride left him there(he was coming from middle Tennessee). And instead of helping him,(all he was trying to do was ask for the address) he called the cops on him Because he was black. I'm not making this up this is something that I witnessed myself and there is a record of the 911 call with either the JCPD or WCSO. The managers name is...

The food has absolutely no nutrition whatsoever inside of it the food keeps becoming cheaper and cheaper and more processed and colder and less fresher and with less food at a higher cost each year if seems like price doubles but food shrinks and gets twice as nasty 🤮🤮 a McDonald's thinks that we are brainless sheep so they make their buildings really nice make a really nice atmosphere and packaging but give you hardly nothing for what you're paying for and no nutrition whatsoever absolutely ripping us off and destroying our health enough is enough it's time for we the people to stand up and start demanding better and if these companies refused to give us better than we must take our business elsewhere and give the opportunity to other businesses that are willing to give us good food at good prices I've worked at McDonald's I've worked at plenty of restaurants and let me tell you something it does not take 7 or 8 dollars to make a Big Mac the Earth spinning like 80 cents on that burger maybe a $1.50 whenever you add packaging and labor cost they are absolutely making killer profits instead of putting that profit back into making better quality better food for the customers what do they do they use shrink inflation and illusion tactics to make your cups smaller butt look bigger to make your burgers smaller but look bigger this should be criminal and they do it with a smile on their face the audacity of these companies enough is enough and now as for this particular McDonald's the food is always cold they get mad if you asked for it to be made fresh the lines always backed up and your food is always getting messed up and then when you come back around and try to get it replaced it's a 30 question scandal like you're trying to steal a pickle...

typically i’m fine with this mcdonald’s, i always come here to get a frappe and the people are usually really nice. today i went to the drive thru, ordered one lg frappe, got parked, and told it would be just a minute. after 10 minutes a worker came out and gave an order to the 3rd person they had parked. i asked her if my order was coming, she said just a minute. then a male manager came out and offered us a medium frappe, i said i ordered a large, and they said oh wrong car then gave the frappe to the 2nd car they had parked. i waited 4 more minutes and went inside to get it. the male manager (who was super nice, helpful, and apologetic) was going back n forth w the female manager in the drive thru who was arguing my frappe already went out?? she doesn’t really know what she’s doing from what i’ve seen, she just wants to be hateful, and i go there all the time.. i interjected to say no, it didn’t and i’ve been waiting 15 minutes. then they made a large caramel instead, so i had to wait to have it remade, but the male manager was nice and gave it to my bf for free as an apology so i appreciated that. i guarantee what happened is they bumped it off to save their time (i worked at a mcds before) and then forgot about my order. yall need to STOP doing that. you can bump it when you’ve actually completed the order like you’re supposed to. you’re making people wait 4x longer than they should and messing up orders just to save a few minutes on your times....
