MrBeast Burger — Restaurant in Johnson City

I had never heard of Mr. Beast Burger before & I ran across their website through Google so I ordered online & placed an order for pickup. But when I got to the address Google listed, I couldn't find the restaurant so I tried to call their phone number, which was a 1-800 (which was a Red-Flag right off the bat), but Nobody ever answered so I couldn't even speak to anyone to get a refund, but was able to leave a message. It's been almost 36 hours now & I have neither received a refund nor my food order & I STILL haven't received a return call from their Customer Service department neither. I feel ripped-off & I am very disappointed in this restaurant's business ethics & their Customer Services practices. DO NOT ORDER FROM MR. BEAST...

I’m 12 and was so excited to finally get me beast burger I just moved here and where I was from the was nothin close enough for a good time and now I am and so I drove with my family 45 mins and we tried ordering food online and it didn’t work online so we tried to call and no one picked up so we decide to go and ask the questions ourself and so we when got there we found nothing and I was so sad it wasn’t a pickup play but we thought we could just ask some question and then nothing I really hope I can get a response and for all the other kids out there make sure to take this into consideration before you drive 45 mins like me because now I am hungry and don’t know where to go I hope I could get a response from beast burger...

The food was really good, burger sizes were great especially if you are very hungry. If you have small children who eat burgers then I would suggest getting one burger and dividing it, but not complaining there. Fries were great especially with everything in them. Would order from here again, only thing I didn't like was there was no brick and mortar...
