OMG, like, let me tell you about Sam's Snowball Paradise! It's, like, totally the most amaze place ever for, you know, snow lovers and, like, anyone who wants a chill time. First of all, the vibes are, like, totally tubular – they've got these neon lights and, like, the coziest igloo hangout spots. It's, like, legit Instagram heaven, like, for real!

And, like, can we talk about the snowballs? They're, like, not just your basic snowballs, you know? They're like, gourmet snowballs! They've got, like, all these, like, rad flavors from cosmic cotton candy to, like, extreme espresso blast. It's like, every snowball is, like, a party in your mouth! And, like, you can even, like, DIY your own snowball with, like, a bazillion toppings – I'm talking gummy bears, rainbow sprinkles, and, like, even unicorn sparkles!

But wait, there's more! The music at Sam's Snowball Paradise is, like, totally on point. They've got, like, this playlist that's, like, all the hits from the 2000s – you know, like Britney, N'Sync, and, like, Avril Lavigne. So, you're, like, vibing with your snowball, snapping pics for your insta, and, like, singing along to your fave jams. I absolutely used to love Sam’s and quite literally came in everyday (I was trying to work through the menu). But for the last several (10-12) times i have been in, i have been so disappointed and frustrated. I have to say that the owner was not there during any of my last visits so maybe she is not aware. The snowballs have gone downhill terribly. They used to be crunchy and flavorful. Now, they are absolute mush. At first i thought they were drowning in juice so i asked for less juice. Nope, the consistency of the ice continued to be like a slushy not the snowballs i had come to love over the last year. So i asked about it - three different visits- and was told it was something to do with the ice. I finally complained about the last snowball i received and was ignored. I am very loyal to Sam’s and usually spend about $10-$13 in there a day (2 x-large snowballs-1 for me and 1 for my boyfriend.) i tried to call and talk to the owner because i didn’t want to leave a negative comment for all to see but she is never available. I hate to, but I’m really thinking of not going back. This...

Sanitary concerns. Lady with the light colored hair and stomach piercing (shirt tied to show it) was making a customer after us and when the customer wasn't watching (preoccupied with kids - I dont think she cared if the customer was watching or not - she just happened to not be and I happened to look up when it happened) she scratched her face with her gloves on and continued making the items without changing gloves and touching several products (toppings - no scoops) with the gloves she scratched her face with. Putting aside the cross contamination of not using scoops for individual items - she's introducing bacteria into the products. We loved the way the product tasted but will not be back after this for this singular reason - had we not just finished - we would of tossed the product. The way she kept on like she had not done anything out of the norm - tells me she cares nothing...
