This is a small shop. Tasty sandwiches. Nice staff.
Acoustics are awful - no sound deadening material anywhere. I could hear every conversation and the place was busy.
Espresso sucked. I ordered a small, sugar-free vanilla, decaf latte with oat milk. They were out of sugar-free vanilla. Really? I went with regular vanilla.
Barista dispensed the grounds from a bag of pre-ground beans using a spoon. They tamped the uneven grounds and pulled a shot. The cup wasnāt actually under the portafilter spout. They caught that after the shot started to flow and moved the cup over to catch the rest of the shot.
I couldnāt watch this travesty any longer and sat down in an uncomfortable lounge chair. Then they delivered the latte in a large mug - not small. Not surprisingly, the latte tasted like weak drip coffee with excess milk and vanilla.

PARKING The closest available parking is the 2 hour, free street parking. There are typically quite a few parallel spaces available off of the nearby perpendicular street (Colonial Way). II. SERVICE The staff is kind, timely, and open to giving recommendations. They provide sugar free syrup options for my friends that like guiltless options to mix-up their standard beverages. III. QUALITY I haven't had the tea to vouch for the quality but the cappuccino I had was up to par in flavor and gave me the boost I needed ~ highly recommend. IV. CAPACITY Fairly busy for the afternoon on a weekday. Almost every seat was taken. This place appears to be good for camping out, studying, and...

The atmosphere was phenomenal for studying (low buzz of conversation but still quiet, with calming instrumental music playing on the background, the staff was extremely friendly and made a point to engage me in conversation. They were also very knowledgeable about the MANY different tea/coffee options and were able to provide descriptions and recommendations based on my personal preferences. And, of course, the tea and coffee were delicious. If youāre in the Tri-Cities and looking for a good place to study, meet a friend, or just relax, The Moon is the perfect...
