Burger King — Restaurant in Johnston

Terrible service 1/18/25 @ 4:15-4:30 order 12 piece chicken fry meal with a coke and a small fry on the side. Girl at speaker asked me 3 times to repeat myself which is fine, doesn’t forget to ask if I want to donate and like always doesn’t get the order correct. Gives me 6 chicken fries in my meal with cold fry’s and the young guy who handed it to me through the window was not pleasant at all as if I owe him something. If you hate your job quit honestly. This place really need a some staff that actually cares I never get the correct order in the evenings never get napkins or decent service it’s always like I’m bothering them. I stopped going here because the service is terrible. I used to eat here 3-4 times a week now it’s once a month if I’m in a rush. The manager needs to train staff better or hold them accountable. Went here for 615ish dinner after being on the road all day. One guy saved this rating, name is Elijah according to his name tag. The two at the front counter were utterly perplexed by every aspect of their job. I'm not sure if this job is hard now, but they sure made it look that way. Elijah had to come out from the kitchen (where it sounded like another guy already had things handled) and single handedly expedite the drive thru and front counter on his own. The other two had messed up our order, he got it corrected and thus our food was fresh. We sat in the dining room to eat and had fun listening to tweedle dee and tweedle dum argue about whether our order had been served or not. Btw, BK is super expensive these days. $26 for just two of us. I'm a big guy, but got one meal and she isn't big and also got a meal. Ridiculous...

It’s Burger King you pretty much know what to expect! :-) Sometimes if you’re lucky you’ll hit it real good and everything will be nice and fresh and hot if you were unlucky it’ll be cold and soggy. The only thing that’s a little annoying. I like using technology and I order through the BK app. I even have my Apple Pay assigned to it so all I do is have to click the button twice to purchase. I know you’re impressed.. You can customize each sandwich I press the minus button to no pickles…. When my order came despite technology..
