Ordered delivery and was supposed to receive two bags of food, but only one showed up. DoorDash handled the delivery, and in the drop off pic, it was clear only one bag was left.
Called the dasher and no answer of course. Went through the get help process and it said I had to call Wingstop because DoorDash does not have payment details since it was ordered through Wingstop. Okay, so I call Wingstop. Tale as old as time, they tell me to call DoorDash. I said they told me to call you and she just hangs up on me. Of course they wouldn't pick back up, had to call from a second number and was answered immediately. Luckily a manager was available to help get this all figured out. Supposedly it's resolved now, we'll see. Wingstop did end up having to process the refund on their side.
Besides the bad customer service experience, the food was just mediocre. Boneless hot wings as well as Hawaiian bone in were fine. The bone in garlic parm wings barely has any flavor on them. We did a group pack that was supposed to feed 3-4 people and the amount of veggies stix and fries were on the low end. Kind of anticipated this so ordered a large voodoo fries and that's the item that never came.

Read moreI’m very disappointed with my experience here. My girlfriend and I placed an order at 6:50 PM and were told it would be ready in 45 minutes to an hour. After waiting about an hour, I went back inside and was told the food would be ready soon. I stayed and kept checking in, but each time I was told to wait “15 more minutes,” even after nearly two hours had passed.
When I asked again, the employee with the blonde wig (who I overheard complain to another worker about me asking about my food too many times) repeated the same excuse, which is when I finally asked to speak to a manager, and that’s when I found out my order had been lost and wasn’t even in the system. That means the employee had been lying to me the entire time.
The manager apologized and made our food right away, but by the time we finally left, it was around 9:10 PM, over three hours after we had placed our order.
This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers don’t have to go through...
Read moreI visited Wingstop on October 21 and ordered online. The site said my order would be ready in 16–21 minutes. I arrived about 25 minutes later, only to be told they were actually running an hour and a half behind. The person at the register explained that the “16–21 minutes” is supposedly how long you should wait before leaving your house — not when your food will actually be ready, which makes no sense. This was around 8:15 PM, meaning I wouldn’t have received my food until nearly 10 PM.
I requested a refund, and they wrote my name and phone number on a small piece of register tape, saying the refund would be processed at the end of the night and take 3–5 days. It’s now been three days, and nothing has been refunded.
