MANNY FIGUEROA!!!!!! Disgusting management. Where do I start. On December 10 I needed to get a refund. I ended calling corporate just me thinking since I did on the app that was the way to. They ended telling me I will get my refund within 12 days I said ok hung up. Then I get a random call by a woman that I’m guessing was one of the managers told me that I had a complaint & I just told her that I’m all set just because corporate told me I just had to wait. The 12 days pass & no refund. So I call back corporate & see what had happened then after the second person I talk to explain that the manager supposed to call me to get me a refund. Oh okay. Now I waited for her call back. She call me back on Friday 5 afternoon while I was at work. I said “hunny but sorry I’m at work can you give me a call back a different time.” SHE HUNG UP. Didn’t say a thing just hung up on me. I was like wow okay. Then the next day comes no call but I called her myself. I her was you the one that call me yesterday she’s says I think I call a lot of people yesterday 🤔 ok well you did call me you just rudely hung up on me & didn’t say a thing. She did apologize then we proceeded to talk about the refund situation. At the very end all she told me to do is go in the a.m. to the store & ask for Manny & he will help me with that. Okay I proceed the next morning around 10am to talk to Manny. I ended talking to him & he told me that he doesn’t have an idea about this refund. So he nicely asked me if I can come back tomorrow morning so he can figure out the situation & by the next morning which is Tuesday he should have an answer. I wasn’t quite happy with that response buuutttt since he asked nicely & maybe NO communication I get it & said sure & told him I do have to go to work @10:30am he said he’ll be here & we both said no problem.Now I came Tuesday morning at 9:40 am thinking should be all set. No it was a complete show for NO REASON. I go to the front ask for Manny , he comes from the back & said oh yea I have no idea what refund or issue your talking about. I give the most lost face & I can show. I said what do you mean the woman the supposedly works here as well told me that your supposed to know & just give me a refund & he gets so frustrated & annoyed in his face because I told him that’s crazy how you guys are supposed to communicate & let each other know what’s going on & even told me they you would have figured out for me. So he basically lied. Now before he runs to the back he tells me can you show me the order I’m talking about & I said yes I can. He does to the back for about 2-4 mins comes back throws the phone with the woman I talked on the phone twice & he tells me talk to her. I’m like whoa “ I’m not gonna talking to the woman that I had already talk to not once but twice no! that’s not what I’m here for I’m just here for a refund that’s it.” I proceeded to say that is your job to for you & her to figure out while I’m standing there with the order in my hand. Instead he was yelling! & embarrassing me in front of about 5 employees & couple of customers. Repeating saying I don’t know what you’re talking about. He didn’t even looked at the receipt on my phone , he didn’t have a nice tone, he was going back & fourth saying I’m crazy in front of everyone embarrassing & had me in TEARS. I had no help from anyone because at this point everyone looking like I’m an aka a karen. Then proceeded for about 10 mins of him arguing with me for no reason he gives me 25 gift card that all he had to do at the very beginning do😐. I left crying on my way to work on the phone with corporate telling what a horrible experience I had ever experienced in my life! I was 6 years in as a manager at an old fast job & I never myself even treated a customer like that. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never step foot in that place again. I’ve come here quite a few times I’ve given this place so many chances. Unfortunately it’s not the best. I’ve been to many Dunkin’s and everytime I come here it’s nothing good. It’s always a mess and the place reeks of just old food. The workers do not care at all about their work. I’ve ordered in advanced so many times to this location and when I go to pick up my order they work on it as I ask for it. “Oh I didn’t see this” every single time. On their phones or comparing about their boss. Straws all over the floor and the cashier was just so rude. I’ve even gotten a refrsher here and it was made wrong. Full of ice and just straight tea. 4$ down the drain. I understand how it is to work in fast food I’ve been to some amazing Dunkin’s but nobody their cares for their job just being on their phones and getting out. The lady went as far as throwing my bag to me. Even my coffees they screw up. I had one lady make it incorrectly and gave it to me like she did nothing wrong saying “I’m in a rush” even tho the place was a ghost town

Not to mention the donut paper was all over the floor and the lady just threw her headset with an attitude “ugh Dunkin how do you want your order”. From there trash talking what the person wanted. Leaving was the best...

I went here for some yummy scrumptious energizing coffee for my tired sleepy morning. My whole family piled into the car and were soooo super duper excited for dunkin. On our way there we chanted dunkin in preparation for the wonderful experience we expected. When we got there though, the entrance was super confusing to find and there were absolutely no signs directing us, so we had to park in a different parking lot and walk across. We entered into a stuffy claustrophobic store. The lady at the counter seemed nice but definitely over customers. We ordered and she was very confused but we had patience. We waited for so so so long and they weren’t even that busy. We received a hot coffee that we asked for iced, they forgot the caramel in my Iced Caramel Swirl Reg and the Hot Chai Latte was luke warm if even that. My mom cried as she held the cup in her hand. My sister is writhing around in stomach pain as I type this. All I wanted to do is to bring some joy into my family’s life, but instead got sadness and disappointment. Would not recommend.
