KFC — Restaurant in Johnston

Today, February 19, my wife and I decided to try the new and improved KFC on Atwood Avenue in Johnston. It was me her and another older couple in the restaurant. The rap music was playing so loud you couldn’t even have a conversation. I asked the person at the counter if they could turn it down, we record here they said yes They turned it down a little bit and then turned it right back up. We had to actually leave and go eat in the car because the noise was so loud that you couldn’t hear a word and on the way out, I asked to speak to the manager, who probably was the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. I know it’s hard to get people to work, but we will never step foot back...

Made an order from thei KFC through DoorDash. Found a foreign object (gum) stuck in between my chicken and the chicken sandwich they have was literally the dry chicken fillet that was overcooked so I called to report the issue with my order.

The manager at the time told me they would remake the order because of the incident. Came back a few days later to call in my complaint. They have no record of me complaining about the forigen object or the dried chicken sandwich apparently and is now refuse to compensate for it.

No accountable. Terrible service. Will cover up their mistakes and make it sound like it's no problem.

Do not order from here they don't need...

When I arrived there was no one there, not even the drive thru. I started to place my order the the manager (assumed) the only one in a red shirt condescendingly told the server he was using the wrong cash register.

Ordered a one piece breast meal original, mashed with gravy and coleslaw. I declined the drink so the gentleman offered me an extra biscuit or a cookie. I went with the extra biscuit. The manager picked my order. Went home opened the box and received the chicken, one biscuit, mashed with gravy. No extra biscuit and no coleslaw. I think the manager is on a power trip and he should be paying attention to...
