Pizza-Deli Six Pack — Restaurant in Johnstown

I ordered two fish sandwiches for delivery. One was to have all the toppings on the side. The other was to have everything on the sandwich itself. When I got the order I saw toppings there and the small plain sandwich. So I served my elderly father. I gave him his toppings to put on the sandwich. Unbeknownst to me, they put the toppings for my sandwich on the side also with his. So after I gave him his toppings I had nothing for my sandwich and my sandwich was dry. I called back let them know they made a mistake and what had happened. I was met with resistance. They didn't even try to make it right. When I complained, they said it would be an hour for the delivery man to come out with a sandwich. 2 hours later. Still no sandwich and I call. I got nothing but arguments. I will not be eating there for a long long time. Because, if you make a mistake then you say you made a mistake and you fix it. They offered to give me a credit but I hadn't eaten all day and I'm taking care of an elderly father. The bottom line is that when they said they would bring the sandwich they should have. Busy or not, you fit it in and you make it right. I have never had a problem before, but the one time I do have a problem they don't even fix it. You would think they would fix it to maintain a...

Very Very poor customer service. Every time i go here its like you are bothering the employees and they are so irritated they have to wait on you. I use to eat here often however a $30 order that's wrong time and time again with no apologies or offers to fix it no thanks. tonight my order didn't even get delivered. I call an hour and a half later and ask whats going on and the guy reply's well nobody answered the door so we left. I said did you look at the slip where i gave you guys not one but 2 phone numbers to call when you arrived so i could let you in??? nahhh that would be too much like work lets just waste the food and take it back. its time to move on. Not a good experience... I don’t mind waiting for food if it’s good, I’m generally patient. So I arrived and they hadn’t started my order quite yet. I paid and waited, no bigge. I waited for 30 minutes. In that time period, not a single employee washed their hands, nor did they wear gloves. Touching meat, cheese, packaging, the cash register, pizza, money from customers and even their own faces interchangeably. I realize they were busy, but being busy is not excuse for the lack of cleanliness. I did not even see a box of gloves laying around.
