This place is the best place to get tobacco in Johnstown. Run by foreigners, it's not a typical place where they just look at you strange and can't get it together. These people know how to get you in and out of there pretty fast. They are real competent at how they handle the customers. The most time i ever spent at one time in that place is 4 minutes to this date. There's a separate "lotto" line for those who like to waste time. So if you are not playing the lotto, you don't wait in line like you do everywhere else while people "decide" what the hell they want to do. All the employees know how to handle the customers who buy tobacco products. There are no "do-nothingers" there. They all do things, and in a timely and efficient manner. Time is important to me because I take the bus, and the bus won't wait for you while you're being pissed around in a store. So I do appreciate the way they do...
