Flood City Cafe — Restaurant in Johnstown

My friend and I stopped in for a nice breakfast and coffee. Our coffee came out in a timely manor and it was perfect! However, the food experience was extremely disappointing. My friend’s bagel and fruit came out shortly, but they were out of the bagel she paid for and the fruit was old, dry, and tasteless. The bagel she did get was not toasted. My wrap was the biggest issue, we sat patiently waiting for my food to come out. I watched 4 other people that came in after us get their wraps and sandwiches. I went to the desk to make sure they hadn’t forgotten my order, the blonde at the counter was incredibly rude, did not apologize and said “yeah, he’s making it, something is wrong with our printer so..” We waited another 10 minutes or so, two more people that came in after us were served, so we left without my food or even an apology. The atmosphere is great and worming. The only negative about this place was the price's for there food and waiting for our food. Online price's are $3+ less when you get to the restaurant. I had a chicken bacon ranch wrap and it was $10.75, so not worth the price. Couldn't taste the bacon and it wasn't really anything special. My mom ordered the 1/2 soup and sandwich for $10.75. The tomato bisque soup was nice and hot but chunks of tomato was not what you expect as well as the soup coming in a plastic container. The Dagwood sandwich was an up charge and not worth it. It will be good to take home and reconstruct it to something better. The London fog was good but I feel it should have been in a nice cup, not a to go cup. If you have a 30 min lunch break, you will be late getting back to work. I put 45 min's in the meter and had to go back and add another quarter. Probable will...

The first time I went there food was good and latte was also. The send time I went back order was all wrong and the crazy thing is I ordered the same thing and with a salad. I ordered the mamba Jamba sandwich with extra pesto when I didn’t get any pesto at all but they gave me extra mayo which is so horrible🤢 and they gave me different bread from the first time then I ordered the Mediterranean chicken salad and got no tomatoes in it when clearly on the menu it says tomatoes smdh messed my whole morning up. The only thing that was right is my 2 lattes I guess that’s all I’m going to order when I go there. I hate when order something and don’t get what I paid for or better yet if you out of it say that and I order something else don’t take my money and give me what u want at least communicate what...
