We went for business and decided to go downtown for a late lunch at Balance restaurant. It was a good meal, service and atmosphere. When we came out I was surprised to see a parking ticket on my rental car. It was just then that I saw the parking meter. The city has flower pots with beautiful flowers on top of all meters. I thought the meters were flower pot stands when I first saw them. Clearly the city has done a good job camouflaging the meters so they can get more money out of visitors.
