My family and I just went through the drive thru, after taking our order we were told to pull forward to pay (we had a large family order). When we got to the window we were immediately told to pull to the reserved #1 space. HERE WE SAT for 20mins. As my husband decides to go in to see the hold up since there had been so many people come and go. As he was inside a lady came to our car saying that we still need to pay. I said ok, my husband went inside to pay & see what was going on with the order. I sent my older son to walk in and show her who he was. Yet she did not go to him. She went to another employee. My husband had already given his card to another worker who had now had it for 10 more minutes. Another 5-10mins goes by and I had to go inside to tell my husband we had to leave. (My eldest daughter was babysitting our youngest and had to leave for work, we were still 1.5 away.) The employee, a blonde girl who had been basicly ignoring the issue then come back over to us and says they had not prepared any of our food nor charged our card yet. We were forced to leave after 40+ mins without any food after a long morning of basketball games. Read moreI could not let another day go by without letting CHIK FIL A know how amazing and outstanding Gabbrielle S was last Tuesday when the waffle fries weren't available on the app. Not only was she warm and welcoming over the phone our first encounter but she came out to the car to meet us and was such a light and beautiful spirit. She didn't promise or guarantee there would be enough waffle fries left but had me callback when I was close and confirmed there was enough to make my daughter's day. She even threw in a special treat for her and even though there was salt on them she came out to personally apologize and let us know since it was the last drop they had they couldn't be customized. I was so impressed and here to say CUSTOMER SERVICE LIVES ON AND CHIK FIL A I'M A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE Thank you to Abbigall in the drive thru who always greets us with a smile and very pleasant. If Gabby isn't already training others how to effectively communicate in conflict resolution or problem solving when issues arise she remained calm and never set the expectations of a guarantee thats real service and done with class and respect!

Read moreI’m sorry but this Chick-fil-A is just terrible. It gives a bad rep for ALL Chick-Fil-A’s. Seriously this is disappointing being that Chick-Fil-A is a highly regarded fast food place. I understand that the workers are still training and are young, but that’s no excuse for the slow service. Despite the fact that they have many employees working at a time, it does no good when just about all of them are simply standing around talking. If management were smart about it, they would let go all those young kids who have a terrible work ethic and hire hard working people with manners. In addition to this, they are straight up rude and have nasty attitudes. I love Chick-fil-A and my love towards Chick-Fil-A as a whole remains unchanged, however, I have a newfound hatred towards THIS particular Chick-fil-A. Anybody who gives this location more than 1 star is most likely an employee or manager. I’d much rather drive 25-30 minutes to go to the one in Bolingbrook instead of coming here. It’s no wonder they struggled to open up this location. The higher ups probably knew they wouldn’t have much success here....
