I do not like posting bad reviews. I feel we are all human and imperfect. But Chipotle is my go to fast food because it’s a healthier option for myself and my mentally ill adult son. But this Chipotle has consistently been sub par since I moved near this location 9 months ago. And this time I decided to write a review. I was getting a soffritas burrito. The brown rice was generously piled on. The young man then goes to a different area and comes back with a tiny plastic condiment cup with soffritas and puts that tiny amount on my burrito. Then he puts a tiny amount of beans. And a smidge of vegetables. I said nothing despite my disappointment in the size of the portions. He passes my burrito down the line to a young female. She tells me there’s no more corn. I get my cheese and a tiny amount of avocado (which has an up charge on it). And she then she tells me there’s no lettuce. So I ask if I can atleast then have more avocado since they are always out of something at that location. She wraps my burrito and as I’m about to pay for my mostly rice burrito with an up charge for avocado, a guy comes out of the back with a fresh bin of lettuce. Of course no one offers to put lettuce on my burrito. I made it clear to the clerk taking my payment that this location always is “out of” significant ingredients. I’m a huge Chipotle fan. And I’m just done with this one! I am always nice when they suck and are out of stuff. But I kind of snapped this time. It’s embarrassing because I am not that kind of person. But seriously just got tired of being disappointed in not being able to get what I came for. And this time on top of it, it was just a giant blob of rice sprinkled with hints of what they actually had of my typical ingredients. I mean, why call it soffritas burrito if the soffritas is measured in a tablespoon sized plastic container. Call it what it was…a rice burrito! I do not know why this location is consistently without ingredients. But I have always been taught that when there is a consistent issue with how staff is providing service or doing their job, that it’s the management that trains them and supervises them. Read moreI ordered some food through the mobile app at 9:35 PM for pick up at this location. When I get there, my food is still Being made so I wait. When my food is handed to Me at 10:08, I did go through it to make sure I got all my stuff. And I noticed my guacamole was missing. So I asked two people that were on the line if I could have my guacamole. And they told me that they’re out for the night. And I did mention it to them that I do feel like they should mention it to the customer when we’re missing something from our orders..I then was mocked by a young gentleman that works there. And the crew Got rude as I was walking out. I just said good night and left. I’m giving this a one star because I Feel like the staff was ignorant. I didn’t do anything wrong except mention that you guys should let the customer know that there’s food missing in the bag. I mean, you guys could even mark it on the receipt it’s not that hard..
Also your store does close at 11 so I don’t understand why if I order something at 9:40 at night, you guys are already out of most stuff 10 o’clock? And I’m not only talking about the guacamole I asked for something else as well and I was told you guys were out. You guys are still open for a whole hour. And it didn’t even mention on your website/ App that the guacamole was even out.. Your guys’s guacamole is $3.. I think you guys should be telling your customers when they’re missing some food before they leave your establishment, so a refund can be worked out. Read moreThe level of service I received at this Chipotle was disgraceful. If I could give it a 0 star rating I would. My family and I went in to grab some dinner around 5:30pm on 6/30/23. I barely eat here to begin with but this is what they wanted. I ask for 3 bowls- 2 double chicken and 1 barbacoa. Mine was the barbacoa bowl. The young woman proceeded to help us and she wasn't listening when I said one of the double chicken bowls was no beans. She made both of them with beans. I ask her to just add beans to the 3rd one. She starts to put meat on and not the beans until I raise my voice! She adds the beans and starts to put the barbacoa on it. The barbacoa container was empty so she put what she could (which was very little) and asked someone for more meat. No one goes to get any meat and my bowl is just sitting. A guy picks up my bowl and starts to ask what I want on my bowl. I said "how about some more meat!" Instead of going to get more meat, he takes a spoon and is scraping the bottom of barbacoa container, literally adding shreds of meat to my bowl. That is where I lost my appetite. How unnerving is it to see this kid scraping through the juices to the bottom of the container to give me some scraps? These damn bowls cost too much for anyone to be scraping the bottom of the barrel for meat! By this time my appetite is gone and I'm thoroughly disgusted. I will never patron this Chipotle...
