1. If you're a frequent flyer and spend a lot of money on a regular basis. They're going to provide you with the VIP treatment. Because, you're a high roller dog!! LOL Cha ching!!! 2)If you're an occasional customer that only spends the bare minimum ( say 20$ or less) on most occasions. Then you're probably not gonna get the VIP treatment.
2. Customer service - Some employees have a higher degree of standards in their work ethic. To whereas others do not.
3. Product quality- Doesn't matter the amount you spend it's hit or miss in the quality department. I purchased a Miss Grass .4g pre-roll $5.60 without tax. Thing must have been run over by a steamroller. lol Most recently I purchased a UpNorth Humbolt pre -roll (10.50$ without tax). Which was enjoyable. But, I'm not paying 80$(with taxes) for 3.5 grams. That turns to dust/powder just by just using my finger tips ( You gotta be kidding, right?) This is a racket folks. State of Illinois didn't legalize marijuana for your benefit. It was legalized to benefit the State. $$$$$$$!!! But, This business needs a credible return policy for defective products. All your mission statements written on the wall about fighting for the rights of potheads lol. Yet customers can't bring a visibly defective product back in the store for a refund/exchange in a reasonable timely fashion. Which says a lot about service quality really.

Love the product. Love that it's legal and this location has always been fantastic. But hang on tight boys and girls. There is an elderly lady that did our transaction that was absolutely incapable of doing her job at any level. I understand we live in a different world today where being accountable for ones action is horribly impossible to get people fired. After 2 conversations with the rise district manger the training wheels fell off. We were double charged on bank card and they will not give us the money back even knowing they are in the wrong. 100% wrong. We want our money back not store credit. Avoid any older cashier at this establishment. Everyone else has and was spectacular to work with. There is a bad apple in every business. Just be careful on how your transaction is processed because they make a mistake your going to have to fight for what is yours. Just won't be going to this store again. No accountability at any level in our world today. Sad. Got to get high and instead your doing the right thing all weekend trying to get what is ours back. Just sad. Well first off thc and thca are not the same thing. Their kiosk clearly stated thc% or thca%. You click on and it's not indicated that it is any different or at least that Inoticed. And I was in there trying to make up for the last time they got me, so you know I was looking at thc or thca. I got this infused shake 7g and a infused candy bar $140 OK cool I want it, whatever. But no my infused weed as advertised at there in-store kiosk 48%thc, doesn't even contain 1%thc. They have a license to sell real Marijuana and are purposely selling stuff could literally be bought at a gas station or smoke shop next to the delta 9, cbd, spice, and bath salts WOW! So I was on my way home and noticed that they got me again decided to call and ask because it was falsely advertised. And she doesn't even know anything about weed or her job that she'sanswering the phone for, told me thc and thca was same thing it was just the way their lab classified it. Google thc and thca see if they're the same and you'll see why I said you can buy that same stuff at a corner store ,or at least why their lying to sell it to us.
