As soon as you walk in you can tell that this is a family owned restaurant. There are many similar types of Chinese and Thai restaurants with casual environments that I’ve seen around the country.

One way to tell if it’s a family restaurant is to look at the back table. You usually see a bunch of personal belongings. Meaning, usually the family kids do their homework over there after school or a family member working there chills out while not working 😄.

The great thing about restaurants like these is that they also treat you like family and not just a customer. Much more casual, relaxed and friendly environment.

This particular establishment sells not just food but also clothes clothes, jewelry and other Chinese paraphernalia that you will find around the main entrance.

The owner is a nice guy. Very straightforward and to the point (cracking sly jokes in between 🤓).

We got Mongolian beef which was a little sweet, homestyle made. I would recommend getting it.

Also got lucky bamboo chow fun which is noodles and combination of chicken, beef and shrimp. That one was decent tasting.

Go check out and support this local...

I can careless of this place from now on. We spend $60 for a pick up meal. Promised it will be ready in 25 mins. I drove 45 mins. It Still not ready. When, I arrived. People are lining up to either order or pick up phone order. The phone non stop ringing. One person at the counter. Taking order. Then, I help. And said to awaiting customer - “ if you’re picking up look up your meal,at the table.”It help shortened the line. Then, I waited another 20 mins after.my order is still not ready. When it finally showed up. I requested for a oil chili sauce (4) small tiny container. That you normally get when you dine in. Am being charged for .050 cents a piece. I waited-for an hr. Help customers check their order at the table. Since, the counter clerk is busy-(Due to pandemic Covid outbreak.)lots of people are doing take out. That Asian skinny guy- needs retraining. When it comes to customer service. I hope owners of this place. Read this. And makes some changes. Am not gonna be a repeat customer.nor make my followers visit this place. Btw- I have over...

We came in with our two young children for a lunch out (something we don’t always do, but they have been wanting noodles and to go out, so we thought we would give this a try). The customer service was absolutely deplorable.

I asked for a small order of fried rice for our TWO year old and they kept telling me that wasn’t possible, only a large order unless we ordered to-go (Which made us feel unwelcome).

Then we asked if our daughter (4) could have lo mein noodles with tofu instead of chicken and they refused to put tofu in it (even though we would have paid more for a substitution). They have tofu on the menu so I just don’t understand this. Do they pre-make this and aren’t willing to adapt?!

Also no changing tables in the bathroom.

The server just didn’t seem to care about accommodating at all and only looking to make a bigger sale with a larger order.

Anyway, we walked out without ordering and unfortunately won’t be back as this was such a...

Lucky Bamboo had literally the best customer service response I’ve ever received. Story time: This week I ordered orange chicken and crab rangoon for delivery. Food arrived hot, on time and delicious; however, the next day I noticed the pending double charge on my debit card was finalized, so I called to get a refund of the second charge. I wish I’d gotten the woman’s name that helped me out. She promptly found the issue, refunded the second charge and set up a free delivery for my partner and I for tonight. I was floored by the generosity. I asked if I could forego the crab Rangoon for a second order of orange chicken which she was happy to do and then on top of it, threw in the order of Crab Rangoon as well! All delivered hot and delicious. Phenomenal experience! Please support this business! You can’t find them like this these days!

Tried Lucky Bamboo for the first time after recently moving into the area! The shrimp fried rice & orange chicken were good, but our honey walnut shrimp was completely inedible. The shrimp didn’t seem like it was fried nearly long enough and the cornstarch batter on the shrimp was very very doughy and chewy - very rubbery. The sauce on the shrimp honestly just tasted like uncooked cornstarch slurry, which was really unfortunate since another review noted Lucky Bamboo is their go-to spot for honey walnut shrimp!
