Extremely disappointed with the availability of ingredients and quantity of food for the price of the Baja Bowl with Chicken. We were charged full price ($12.30) for a product that was missing a substantial ingredient and offered no substitutions. We ordered from the kiosk at the counter and were notfied that the store was out of corn and black bean salsa. When we selected the option to subtitue the ingredient for something else, there were no other options offered on the screen. Once home, we opened the bowl and it was only half full (see picture). Again, we paid over $12 for the bowl pictured below. This is definitely a limitation of ordering from a computer screen rather than a person. If you go to this location, I wouldn't recommend ordering from the kiosk. I recommend Panera consults with their software developers to have this feature corrected/addressed. I understand that restaurants run out of ingredients, however, there should be an option to select a substitue or the customer should be offered a discount. If a business provides a customer with half the food, it seems logical to assume that the customer should be charged half the price. We are unlikley to return to this location anytime in the near future. We will also be checking our orders prior to leaving the establishment whenever ordering out again.

Update on this review - Went to this Panera for a bagel a week after getting the burnt sandwich. Asked for a cinnamon raisin bagel. Come home and see that they gave me a cranberry walnut. Also my husband’s breakfast sandwich didn’t have bacon on it. This Panera really needs to make some changes. Placed an order online for rapid pick up. Came home and open up my chipotle chicken avocado melt to find the bottom is completely burnt. It's inedible. Also it's all bread. Almost nothing inside. I call and speak with a manager who says I can come back and get a new one which doesn't help me. I have to stay in the house with a napping toddler. You would think for customer satisfaction they would use their new delivery service to fix this issue? Very disappointed in the quality and customer service. Panera charges way too much for this lack of quality control.

If I could give service a negative score, I would. The atmosphere sucks; I wasn't fond of sitting next to unknown fluids and food looking smears all over the seats. The "service" team here was not much of a team and were blunt and rude. No interest in solving their own issues with poor food ordering on their behalf, and is more than happy for potential guests to leave unhappy and unserved than try to solve any challenges with ideas (which are clearly far and in-between in this Panera). Honestly, go literally anywhere and you'll have a better experience-- the gas station would be a friendlier and cleaner experience, I'm sure.

I would give it no stars if i could. When we went, we being my sisters and I the workers that handle the food were messing around throwing things at each other as if they were in elementary school and didn't know that throwing things at each other is not how you act at a job or in general we were there for about 20 minutes and the lady who took our order was rude as if she did not want to be there, we got dairy based items and had some in my car right after about 5-10 minutes i got sick and all my sisters did as well and my mother we didn't finish the food due to it tasting weird we offered to take the food back because we didn't want spoiled food the MANAGER NICOLE hung up on me TWICE and acted so rude it was unbelievable how disrespectful she was, my THREE siblings had to be taken to the emergency room, the emergency room is where we found out the food was spoiled and they got a bad case of food poisoning, the next day we went back and told the manager that was working that morning she took copies of our hospital papers stating there food caused food poisoning and the doctor said it hit instantly because the spoiled food did not set right in our stomachs and when people get food poisoning it happens right after having it, we still have not heard back from them and its extremely disrespectful because children were in the hospital due to the spoiled food they carelessly served. no none should ever have to be treated like this OR be served SPOILED food. never going there again. and the MANAGER NICOLE needs to be seriously be talked to about how she "runs" the place because managers should not let any violations happen on...

Up until today i was a regular there ordering sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. I am disabled with very limited mobility and i am also on 24/7 oxygen so a simple task like getting tothe front door is a big deal. I loke ordering from restaurants that have their own delivery rather than use one of this food delivery services, they cost so much money. Today i ordered my usual order and it took a little longer than usual to arrive which was fine during the lunch hour. My 5 year old answered the door and told her i couldn't come to the door but she could bringme the receipt to sign. This is the way we have always done it for at least a year. The driver said she couldn't do that. I was right in the next room so i shoutef out to her that i was disabled and couldn't get to the door. she refused to give my daughter the receipt. She yelled back at me and said that she would be unable to deliver my food ever again. I donlike to pull the disabled card if i don't have to but i ended up telling her she was discriminating against a disabled person and that was against the law. She eventually gave up and just gave the food to my daughter. I called the store right away and asked for a manager and she told me policy is thatthe driver may not set foot in the house (which was not even an issue) and that a signature was required. When i tried to explain that i was willing to sign she just said she would talk to corporate about it and see what they say. I will take my business elsewhere...
