7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I am not sure what their business model is or how they’re supposed to handle the drive thru, but I waited nearly 40 minutes for a single iced coffee - absolutely uncalled for. I was in the far right lane, and watched 15-20+ cars come and go in the inner left lane while the right lane hardly moved. People that came 15 min after me in the left lane came and got multiple drinks before I got one. One of the workers brings 2 drinks to the car BEHIND me & asks me what I had. At this point I had been there 20 minutes. I get to the cart by the window, and the one thing I will say is kudos to the young girl at the cart with black hair - one of the other young girls dropped off a random coffee and said it was mine. The girl at the cart noticed something was off and had them make my order - the other girl said it was the same thing and sent me off with both. Thank goodness she had them remake it, because the one the other girl tried to give me was the wrong drink and wasn’t made with oat milk and was nasty. I would understand if BOTH lanes had a delay, but the left lane stayed empty/ had people in & out whereas the right lane sat for 5-10+ before someone got a drink. I would not come back here - or I guess if you do, go in the left lane so you’re not...

I have been to several 7 brews across Arkansas, and this was by far the worst experience I have had at a 7 brew. My family had never been to a 7 brew before and I was very excited for them to experience the atmosphere and drinks I am used to. However, we waited 15 minutes in line which was 4 cars long for our drinks. When we ordered our drinks the employees were goofing off in the stand. It took them 7 minutes once ordering at the front for them to make our two drinks. The shift manager was unprofessional and rude. They never apologized for the wait and rolled their eyes when we expressed the slightest concern with the wait as we only ordered two drinks. I was embarrassed for hyping up this coffee chain. I still love 7 brew, but this stand in particular lacked leadership and a sense of urgency to make customers happy. Will not be supporting this stand...

I was regularly getting coffee from this place and it was absolutely my best place for coffee. I liked their ice blonde and I stick to that like forever. I used to get that nice vibe when I used to go there for coffee because the employees are always kind of happy. So today I was served a very disappointing blonde. If I go mcdonald or burger king for coffee I would be ok if I get whatever kind of coffee cause it's for like a dollar or two. You either hit or miss. But when I go to these places for coffee who have a high charge for the drink I would expect absolutely the best. The blonde I was given today was exactly like iced coffee of McDonalds. I was so disappointed and it was not busy at all. I wouldn't want to take a chance when I am paying 7 dollars for a drink. It's just sad that this place is no more like it was at...
