Bliss Cupcake Cafe — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I was going to order a cake from this company and I changed my mind no one ever told me that I had to give a 24-hour notice if I decided to cancel so I got a call from one of the managers bosses somebody and now she's saying that I can not order from her in the near future because I did not give her a proper 24-hour notice I'm sorry I worked for a bakery before and this is just not very good business I understand you need a 24-hour notice but people change their minds and they should be allowed to do so and not be told that they can't order from this company anymore that's not very good business and that's how you will go out of business fast and first of all the cupcakes are very overpriced and the girl that I was going to get the cake from was not very educated on what they were planning on doing what the cake and she said she would get with a baker and someone would call me and talk to me about what I was wanting on the cake and I never received a phone call so therefore I will not be using this company and I would not recommend it to anyone that is looking for a bakery in Jonesboro sorry but to me this is just bad business all around employees are not educated on what will be done with the cake and the employees...

My birthday was Wednesday (10/12) and they had their cookies & cream flavor this day(my FAVORITE! I highly recommend) I came in and picked some out, but unfortunately my cat got into them the next day and did what cats do best and my birthday cupcakes were destroyed. When I called Bliss on Friday (10/15), they didn’t have them on the menu for that day, but told me if I needed a special order they’d make them up for me, but I told them it wasn’t necessary because I’d only buy four at the most. They then took my name & number and told me they’d call me back whenever they had that particular flavor available again. Not even five minutes after we hung up they called me back to tell me they were going to go ahead and bake the cupcakes and to come and get them whenever I had time that day. I am someone who definitely gets birthday anxiety and I just wanted to say that that kindness meant a lot to me. I really appreciated their customer service and am happy to say I have four cookies & cream cupcakes (safely) in my fridge. Thank you...

I ordered a Harley Davidson Birthday cake one month in advance. I had a friend pick up the cake which was for my boyfriend's surprise birthday party. When I seen the cake, I was very disappointed. I paid $95.00 for what I assumed who be a professional cake but boy was I wrong! The cake was lopsided...it was missing icing on different areas in the sides of it but the top had so much icing in it that weighed the cake down too much. The writing was very sloppy and the flavor of the cake was not at good. We had to throw out 3/4 of the cake. The guests at the party was not impressed with the cake either so it was not just me. When I spoke with one of the owners, I was told I was told that I could either get 4 free cupcakes or a 15.00 in store credit. O chose the free cupcakes which only one of those was eaten.
