Unfortunately I can't give a minus or I would. What a horrible experience š I ordered online and purchased everything brand new, paid over $400 dollars. They brought me a used TV that still had other people's accounts signed into YouTube, didn't even bring a remote and when I asked the guy who brought it he said some TVs don't come with a remote. Really? How do I change channels then. I told him I would not sign papers for it until he brought the remote which he did do. Then I noticed the washer and dryer they brought was very worn and used and Ambra I'm guessing the manager told me they no longer carried the Amana new set I had ordered and paid for and I would owe difference since the used set I didn't want or order costs more. The sectional I paid a full month for took them 3 weeks to bring it so I only had it a week. I waited everyday and not once did Ambra or anyone call about when I'd receive a new TV and washer/dryer set since that's what I paid for. So, before it was time for them to get a direct payment I had my bank cut off their access and told them to come get their stuff. They just left about an hour ago. They left my living room floor scratched up and didn't even say a word. They need to reimburse me for paying over $400 dollars for payment on all new stuff when it was very used and I only got to use the couch a week. I'm very upset š” and would not recommend this company to anyone. Also, my friend called them yesterday just to see if they has the Amana washer and dryer set that I purchased to be new online for AMBRA to say they NO LONGER CARRY THAT. We'll that was a big fat lie, because I heard the other person there say they did indeed and proceeded to tell her how š¤ š¤· much it would cost. Go elsewhere yall. They dropped rent one do to bad communication skills and their help with behind on payment resolutions. Which my family did take the opportunity and still yet Christine did not give me the referral she promised. I was behind 2 weekly payments of 50 bucks do to mechanical issues with my car. I talked to Kelley and she applied the referral which put me at one payment behind. I asked them yesterday if they would put my frame and headboard together for me bc it is more safisticated than I thought it would be. Kelley arranged for them to be here today between 3-5pm. They hadn't arrived yet as I sit here and waited. I called and they said we will come out and put it together after you catch up your one behind payment. Frustrated after this conversation, I remind them of the referral issue with Christine and now your giving me another option to have my bed put together if I make my payment tomorrow. I'm done with Rent One! I should have paid cash for a bed rather than putting my trust and mercy at their feet. One payment behind they will call, harass and threaten you by taking your luxury. I dint see how so many of you had such a great experience unless rent one is removing the ones they do not want you to see? Many people I talk to have had the same negative attitude experience that I have had. Shame on you Rent One! Do not use rent to own anywhere. Save up and buy with cash! We was trying to read what she was have us sign and she kept saying donāt worry about that just sign here! Then my fiancĆ© told her that we would come in and make cash payments and she demanded us to put a debit card on file!
