Love Arby's, but this time was not good at all. I tried delivery. My food was cold all of it when I got it. I know the driver came straight to deliver, and my food should have still been at least warm, and it was not. Most managers would offer to do a refund without you coming in or to replace next but not this manager. He wanted the food back. Even after I explained I had my mother and could not leave her alone, he insisted I bring the food back. Therefore, I drove all the to Jonesville. I had paid for delivery so I didn't have to go out. Yes, I gave James (Manager) some words who advised that he had fixed the sandwiches and they were fresh. Well Mr.James hot and fresh are two different things. Also, I have done food delivery. I have driven food from Jonesville to Elkin, and if it was hot when I picked it up, it was hot when they received it. Still continued to make my order with the same food he had his nasty bare hands on. Had to get somebody to tell him again to remake my whole order with clean gloves and he freaked out. Kept slamming and throwing my food and other items around. While I’m watching this , my oldest child is watching around me and notices that the other MANGER JENNY obviously has a problem with me SIMPLY ASKING FOR CLEAN GLOVES AND CLEAN FOOD, she was giving me dirty looks when I wasn’t looking her way. The "chocolate" shake was essentially a vanilla shake with a small bit of chocolate syrup on the surface and was not mixed at all. They literally just squirted chocolate on top and put the lid on. There was also so little chocolate that even after I mixed it myself, the shake didn't change in color much less taste.
One of the roast beef sandwiches was fine while the other one had no meat on it. And by meat I mean it was 2 buns wrapped up. How do you leave out half the ingredients on an item with only 2 ingredients? And the scary part is that sandwich didn't wrap itself. Someone had to wrap it which means SOMEONE knew they were just wrapping a bun with no meat. If they'll be that egregiously lazy about something so miniscule what else are they NOT doing?
