I am posting this review because I have not been refunded and managers will not help. Went through the drive through at 8:20pm. I ordered a tailgate special. I was told very rudely that there would be a wait. I didn't mind a short wait so I said that was fine. I was parked of course and the manager came outside and apologized. She said it be 15 minutes max. This was ten minutes after being parked. She offered boberry biscuit to compensate. I said ok that's fine. Twenty minutes later still no food. Mine you there is ten people max in the store sitting down eating. Maybe ten cars that went through the drive through while I sat there. I asked a young girl how much longer and she proceeded to tell me that it was my fault I'm waiting because I ordered food after they already cleaned up and it takes twenty minutes to cook. I am flooded at her attitude towards me I was not rude to her at all. I told her the manager said fifteen minutes max and it's been 30 at this point. I go back outside and wait another 15 minutes. I told that guy how I was talked to and he says oh yeah we have had alot of complaints about her. Ok? Then I find out the sides are cold probably because they were boxed 45 minutes ago and I am missing gravy and of course I didn't get any boberry biscuits. I call the manager back because this is unacceptable. I have paid almost $45 for this and it's cold and missing things and I waited 45 minutes for it. Then I get told off by this girl that's it's my fault that I had to wait. They close at ten. So apparently they cleaned up at 8:20. By the time I left there were three other cars parked and no one in the drive through. The manager offered me a gift card that she said she would take a picture of and send personally to my cell phone and asked me to forgive the rude employee due to her being 16 and pregnant. Apparently that's an excuse to treat people rudely. I never received a gift card text message. I called the next day and spoke to the daytime manager and asked for a refund. He said I needed the receipt well I was never given a receipt. He said he would look it up and call me back. I was never called back. I still want a refund. This...
Read moreStopped at this Bojangles on the way home to Pennsylvania. It is family tradition to stop at bojangles any time we take a trip down south. This location was absolutely horrendous. We arrived around 7:30pm. They were out of nearly everything. No chicken, no fries, no sweet potato pies, no sweet tea in the lobby. When we asked the staff for sweet tea from behind the counter, we had to confirm we wanted sweet tea three times, yet still got unsweet tea. We waited nearly 20 minutes for our order to be gathered. Every 5 minutes after waiting we were informed they were out of something else. When asked for a refund, we were given such horrendous attitude from the workers it was absolutely ridiculous. Then the manager comes out to refuse to give us a refund and proceeds to gather French fries from other customers who were cancelling their orders due to the same issues and bad service. By time we got our food all gathered, half of it was cold and the chicken was dry and the breading was soggy as if it was sitting there since this morning. The remarks from the workers were absolutely despicable after my family, who was looking forward to nothing more than a good meal after a difficult past few days, asked politely for a refund as we had already waited so long for the food that was being thrown all around trying to make up orders as they ran out of nearly everything. Read moreThe absolute worse service I've ever witnessed at a fast food restaurant. I witnessed one customer treated so rude just for asking about dirty rice by the hateful attitude by a chubby girl then, treat a little old lady sweet and assisted on the same thing the last gentleman ask for. But the worse was seeing a customer stand there for over 40 minutes by what he said and another standing for 30 be treated so disrespectful and after the last exchange the chubby girl gave that guy, he lost it. They kept telling us the dirty rice will be available soon and many of us waited patiently, but the guy who was there over 40 minutes, watched the rice come in and placed in They trey to serve but the crew and the pathetic manager kept working on every order but his. Finally he snapped back at the girl and the manager wth come to defend the worker. The same girl that treated two customers very badly. I don't blame the customer for saying what he said and I think the manager thought because he was inked up with tattoos, his attitude was going to quiet the customer but honestly the customer kept his cool, kept his attitude and the manager stopped what he was doing and prepared the customers meal very quickly.
