What a waste....Placed an online order to pickup. I had someone pick it up for me. Over an hr wait from the time it was suppose to be ready till the subs started being made. On top of that was told that they was told they were out of pepporoni and shredded cheese so for one of my pizza subs had nothing but a light dusting of cheese on it. But yet they took my payment online but could not fulfill my complete order and all they did was offer chips to make up for it. They should keep better stock of what they have or least the Manger should have the option to make certain items not available when placing an online order if they are out. Should've gotten a parcel refund instead of chips. UPDATE.....I went to subway and took the one sub back, that barely had cheese on it. I asked to speak to the manager and was told I couldn't when I ask why it was because he was not there and did not like to be disturbed. I asked to speak to the assistant manager and was told I could not. I asked them to call the other Subway in Jonesville on hwy 21 to see if they had enough pepperoni to make my sandwich was told they are not affiliated with them. I asked for a refund and was refused. So I sat down and told the team I was not leaving to he called the manager. At that point he told Marcos "GREAT young man by the way" to go in back and get the pepperoni and the shredded cheese to make my sub right. The team lead had lied about being out of those items. Read moreThe drive through (though advertised) does not exist. They have a car permanently parked blocking the entery. Parked and brought in my infant and they have a no egg sandwich policy after 11 AM. I asked if they could make an exception since I had just missed the cut off and had been standing in line since before the cut off time and the lady told me she could not. Both employees did not sympathize; they explained that they “had” a sign explaining the policy change. I didn’t bother explain the irony with the sign on the exterior that advertised a drive through. Read moreOrder here using the mobile app and was extremely unhappy. Everything was great until I got home and opened up my sandwich. Everything was correctly made except my sandwich had absolutely no meat on the sandwich, not one piece. Called the restaurant and explained the issue and the girl who answered my phone call was like so what do you want me to do about it. This is my first experience with using the app and if this is what you get when ordering here via app never again.
