Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Joplin

It was my 1st time eating at Braum's in over 25 years. I realize now why I haven't been back since then. First, I ordered, and they got my incorrect. I had ordered burgers in a bag, and when my order was ready. It was not what I ordered. They gave me 2 1/4lb burgers, fries and 2 shakes, and 2 cups of ice cream. The manager asked me if everything was okay, and I let her know that isn't what I ordered. She asked me what I had ordered, and I told her that it was a bag of burgers with cheese and ketchup no pickles. The manager corrected the mistake. Meanwhile, the 1/4lb burgers had onions on it, and I am highly allergic to onions. The food was not good at all. The burgers were well-done and hard. I didn't like the food at all. It was horrible. I do appreciate the manager trying to make this right. While I was there, I saw a couple of girls make waffle cones, and they were thrown away because they were made incorrectly. I would really hope that this manager gets a better store her employees are NOT helping her make this store a success. They need to fire the girls that worked in the afternoon on 30Jun. They need to find employees who actually want...

Please for the love of God make your employees wear gloves. I went in last Monday to get some ice cream. The manager was being useless and just bossing everyone around and helping no one. I didn't see a single person, handling food, wear a pair of gloves. My cashier had, what looked to be, various dried liquids (chocolate, ice cream, etc.) All up the back of her forearms, didn't even bother to wash her hands or put gloves on after handling money and other machinery. All in all, I was annoyed at the managers lack of control, participation and, seemingly, experience. They never get your order right they always forget your food they say they will put your name in a book and you can come get it on your time we’ll today they forgot a hash brown I go back to get it and a sausage biscuit they forgot a month ago and they want to say my names not in the book. They do not stand by what they say instead they want to make u out to be a liar. I highly recommend you do not give this business your money.
