I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut, they not only stole my money, but they refused to give me the credit promised by Colby, District Manager. Our pizza wasnt fully cooked in the center; the driver must have stopped short bc half the pizza had slid away from the other half taking the toppings with it. I Immediately called the store and spoke to Colby, the District Manager. He apologized and offered a free replacement pizza, or get a $20 store credit. So I called the store tonight and the most unprofessional "New Manager" refused to look up my number so she could see the credit was on there, plus I had rewards of a medium free pizza, of free bread sticks. Anyway, at first I me ruined the wrong name. I asked her to wait while I got the paper with the GM's name. However, apparently the name I mentioned happened to be that of an employee that was let go, and his friend Levi, left a week later. I asked her why she's telling me this bc I don't know who they are, I just wanted my pizza. At the time I had laryngitis and manager asked me to speak up because she couldn't hear me. I obliged and then got yelled at and told if I was going to yell at her she was going to hang up on me. I tried to explain she's the one that told me to talk louder. But regardless she hung up on me. I called back the following day spoke to a different person, she looked at my account and showed the $20 was there. She told me that the manager that I spoke to was new and had an attitude problem. She apologized and I said not a problem we don't need the pizza today. Then I call back to speak to you the GM Colby, he looks up my account tells me I already ordered a pizza and used my credit because there's 20 cents left. It's funny how I had a $20 credit and bc GM Colby went back on his word, he put yet another Manager on the phone. That man has no intention of helping me, just wanted to tell me that I was uncooperative with their New Manager. I wish the calls were recorded. Anyway, GM Colby, or one of the Employees there, knowingly changes my $20 credit to $.20 cents. I asked him to prove when I placed the alleged order, and of course there was t one. Regardless, I was told never to call back. So not only does PH owe me , $20, but they need to fire their horrible staff. Pizza Hut on main Street, Joplin MO. Btw, after the New Manager hung up on me, I called back and made a formal complaint with their customer service. Absolutely the worst Representation for a Brand that I've ever had to deal with. Read moreI ordered pizza and was told it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I waited 5 minutes and then walked to my car and drove 5 miles to the pizza hut. I went in and paid for my pizza and was told but it still had a few more minutes and that they would bring it out to me. I sat in my truck for 20 minutes and when I walked back in the pizza was sitting in a warmer because they had forgotten to bring it out to me. When I asked the manager about what happened, I was told that the pizza took a little longer than normal because I asked for it to be well done. I was also told that they had a little rush so that I should just understand. I have to order the pizza well done because if not it's done on the bottom and doughy in the middle. As far as they had a little rush and I should just understand, coming from a ponytail wearing, non-caring, want to be manager, I'm not putting up with just being pushed aside. The place has bad management which means that corporate is not doing their job making sure that there's consistency within the organization. Pizza hut has good pizza if you find a well-run store, otherwise it's marginal at best. I should have just gone to the convenience store that makes pizza. At least...
Read morePlaced an order for delivery at 9:45pm and near 2 hours later, the delivery driver showed up, gave incorrect change back and when my boyfriend asked about it, he then said he couldn't give exact change and that "we don't do that." If you're going to be 2 hours late, at least call or cut off the time you take deliveries. I could have driven to Springfield and back by the time you delivered our COLD pizza and breadsticks. We ended up ordering pizza from papa johns after waiting an hour and 45 minutes (as we assumed you weren't coming after you've already closed and won't answer) and then as soon as that order was placed, you guys send a text that you're out for delivery. You turned a 10 minute max trip into another 25 minutes. Very poor service. And then to be greeted with a teenager who wants to refuse change? Uh....
