Casey's — Restaurant in Joplin

I never thought a gas station would have such consistently great pizza, but Casey’s always delivers! In my experience, they’re generous with toppings and cheese, and their marinara sauce is hands-down the best. Both the original crust and thin crust pizzas are delicious, and I also appreciate their wide selection of cold drinks—especially since they carry a few Gatorade flavors I can’t find at Walmart anymore. On top of that, Casey’s handheld pies are great!

Brand new Casey's store!! It even has the "new store" smell! Great location with very friendly, attentive and interactive staff. I was in yesterday and the floors were clean, drinking stations were wiped down, no trash anywhere. Kitchen was clean, staff were at their stations or tidying up the store as people were coming in. I witnessed 2 different staff members speaking with customers and assisting them with drink selections and food. Front register staff were quick, friendly, and had a great appearance. Outside areas were exceptionally clean as well. Great job!! ...

I like the store and there is plenty of room to move around, but today I went in and waited over 15 minutes at the register to check out and they could not get the register to work or something. There was no apology from the staff or rush to help anyone waiting. One of the employees made me move out of the way because he was moving boxes around the store at a leisure pace. Is there a place in this city that gives a crap about customer service any more??? Please build more Quick Trips in town!! At least they give a damn about...
