It's kind of been going downhill for years, but was okay. Tonight the food was unfinishable. People were given the wrong meal, one was forgotten entirely and when it did come out 10 minutes after everyone else got their plate the Asian ahi tuna was over a rosemary mushroom gravy (pictured) instead of wasabi mashed potatoes which had to come back after. I had the special, $50 worth of dry overcooked Chilean sea bass that came with a soup that just... Wasn't. It was an oregano heavy pasta sauce with a couple cubes of andouille and overcooked penne pretending to be a soup (that once again didn't come out on time).
Service was fine, even if drinks ended up on the wrong ticket (and she spilled salad dressing on someone's coat, did a double take, but didn't acknowledge it), and normally I would speak with staff to correct things instead of going online, but when they know things are wrong (getting different table's food, missing meals that have wrong ingredients, two hours until entrees) there really isn't anything you can do other than pay, and not come back until you hear things have turned around.

For dinner I chose the “fresh catch” which turned out to be grilled swordfish. My wife got the pecan encrusted chicken. Both were tasty, however, the swordfish stood on a different level compared to the chicken.
Everything we tried at Club 609 was phenomenal! When a delicious piece of chicken that was nicely seasoned and cooked to perfection is the “downside” of the night, I’d say the evening was a success.
The staff were kind and attentive. The atmosphere was welcoming. Everyone in the club seemed to enjoy themselves.
We saw people there to watch sports, celebrate birthdays, catch up as friends, dine after a game, and some there for the drinks at happy hour. The space accommodated us all wonderfully. Some places have the game on too loud, or you feel like the loud table next to you is talking in your ear. But Club 609’s high ceilings and open layout still seemed to allow everyone to feel comfortable, no matter why they were there.
