This is my large fry. And my 10-piece nugget with nine nuggets that are as old as can be. It’s always nice to get off work, go grab something to eat, and deal with the crappiest customer service ever. Then I get old food and I’m missing nuggets, and where are my fries? Incompetence at its best. The manager told me I could drive all the way back, but for what? I already see that you serve old food; your workers can’t even count to 10. I’m good at this location, but thanks. Laugh worthy! $11 down the drain.

The customer service was great and the food was what you would expect. The only issue I had was the guy in front of me who couldn't get off his phone long enough to at least pretend to be a parent while his kids climbed all over the counter and ran around like animals. This guy didn't take his eyes off his phone from the time he ordered til 15 minutes later when his food arrived. Pitiful. I mean when trolling for chicks on Facebook becomes more important than your kids, you have a problem.

Very dirty, trashed store. We were going to use the restroom and then order a snack but the restrooms were so nasty and in need of attending I wondered how the kitchen was maintained. We left and probably won't return. Staff members were crowded around the counter talking and goofing around. Pretty sure some time better spent would be cleaning around the store. Paying customers can't "loiter" at this particular location, so I'm pretty sure employees shouldn't, either.

We had the worst experience ever at McDonald’s! When we got there drive through backed up so husband goes inside to place order 1 Big Mac extra sauce well there was hardly any sauce and it looked like they tried to scrape it off yuck! 2 large orders of fries which are $7.78 alone together and they were lukewarm on top and Ice cold on bottom I always eat my fries first off out of the bag on the way home didn’t have time to cold yuck again plus I always get a cup of Mac sauce which we paid for not in bag $0.30 then 1 double quarter pounder my husband said was the driest he’d eaten he went in kitchen and used our condiments to help it so basically we donated $22.46 to McDonald’s! Definitely not worth that kind of money! They charge us more and Skimp...

For being one of the newest built McDonald's in the area this one is terrible.

I took my little one in for a happy meal and the insides are worse than the outside. Bulbs burnt out, ice machines broken, ceiling tiles down replacing security cameras at lunch of all times and to top it off we had to ask to have a table cleaned off so we could sit down.

If this is the new standard for fast food I'll pass. Ronald should be happy that the happy meal toys attract children or I would not go back.

McDonald's needs to get back to its roots and away from all the ultra modern looking over priced malarkey. I'm sorry but it really cheeses me off to try to chase what I'm wanting on the new digital menu boards. I can't imagine being behind a senior...

Exceedingly horrid experience! In my half-century on this earth I have NEVER seen a McDonald's charge for water, even if that was the only item. But we were two, both eating, and one of us ordered coffee the other wanted water. This place, and any others who do not offer free water for eating customers are not good people. Water should be required and therefore free with any food order due to increased choking risk due to eating. I don't know what religion the owners of this McDonald's follows but this risky greed proves it isn't Christian. If someone needs a drink, give them a drink!
