Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Joplin

I have 2 Ratings actually. One is 2 stars and the other will be 5 stars. First, never having an issue with them before now, even during the COVID-19 era, I ordered a pizza and a papadia. They arrived 50 mins later, they were cold. I'd spoken to an associate 15mims prior asking where my food is. She said it was "out for delivery already". When the Driver arrived I asked if he had been out and he said no, he just went and got the order. We were visibly bothered but I assured the Driver it wasn't his fault. Then I said Thank you and he turned around with a nasty attitude and said, "Yeah, have a good night". What was lie for? And what was the attitude about from the Driver about??? Anyway, my 2nd Rating is 5 Stars. After the Driver left I called and spoke to the Manager. I want to give Kudos to him for handling things beautifully. He genuinely apologized and offered an immediate solution. He'd remained calm and professional. (There are those places that if you call to tell them they gave you the wrong order, they act as if you're questioning their humanity!) So I was hungry about 2:30 in the afternoon and I thought you know what I want something that had no meat vegan style kind of sort of so I went to Papa John's and got me one that crustless pizzas and it was so good I could not believe it I had the best toppings and the best amount of cheese and it was so good when I got home then I actually took it out of the container put it on a bed of pasta and Mayo great fabulous dish. So I suggest you try that new crustless pizza because the problem with the pieces around town and all the fast food pizzas whatever you want to call them Domino's Pizza Hut everywhere the problem is the crust that Papa John's has solved that problem so kudos to you and yes everybody in the United States must go to Papa John's and try...

So this used to be a good review . I decided to change it after my experience tonight. November 5, 2021. I use to run a pizza place. So I get the frustrations of employees. The lady boss that was throwing a fit and wanting to send the two guys home because she had to restock some things. I just wanted to let her know her throwing the fit in front of me was worse than them being lazy. You should send your self home for acting like that. You can wait until I leave do whatever you need to do but not in front of customers I shouldn’t even know that happened. You should really be appreciative of the people that come around and work . It’s hard to find I’m all about sending people home if needed. But it seem like they were working whenever I was in there....
