Had a craving for pizza and decided to check out the lunch buffet. For $5.99 I got my money's worth and left feeling stuffed! I tried the supreme, sausage, pepperoni pizzas. The pepperoni and sausage pizzas were thin crust and typically I do not like thin crust pizzas, but enjoyed these. I also tried the calzone and thought it was very good. The ladies that were working were very friendly and asked if there was a specific pizza i wanted. The facilities were clean and I had no issues in finding a seat. Yes there are several places in town that makes better pizza, but for a lunch buffet, this was filling and affordable. Haven't been to this location since they moved from 32nd street and stopped in for the lunch buffet with my son. The seating is limited and fairly busy during the lunch buffet, but the ladies did an excellent job of cranking out the pizzas. The lunch buffet also comes with a salad bar and soft drink! Adult buffet price is a little high at $11.99, but the kids (under 10) is reasonable at $5.99. Shout out to Amber as she is the nicest person ever! She is so friendly and willing to do whatever it takes! ...
Read moreSo I don't think I have ever left an online review for a restaurant in my life, but I was so impressed with the food here that I had to. This was our first time ever eating here. Several years ago I went in and checked out the buffet while my wife sat in the car. It didn't look very good or fresh so we did not go in. Today, based on recent reviews, I thought I'd give it another try, so I again had my wife stay in the car while I checked out the buffet. It looked good so we went in and I am so glad we did. The pizza was amazing. My wife said it was the best pizza she has ever eaten in Joplin. Everything on the salad bar was fresh. The calzones and the desert pizza were sooo good. Every one was super friendly. The owners are brand new owners, but they are doing a great job. Also the price was very reasonable. For a senior lunch buffet on Sunday, the price was only $10.25 per person. I highly recommend this...
Read moreThis was my second time trying food from here, after it being well over a year from the first try. I recollect my husband saying the first time seemed greasy. We had ordered a supreme style pizza, maybe a calzone and also a bacon cheeseburger pizza. I recalled liking the bacon cheeseburger pizza, so I ordered it again today. They no longer offered it with bacon. It wasn't greasy and I like the combo of mustard and crunchy dill pickles. My husband was craving ham, black olives and mushrooms so I ordered it on a thin crust. We did not get to try the thin crust as that was overlooked on the order. I thought the olives were mushy and truthfully, I am not overly fond of the original crust. It tastes pre-made, processed and overly chewy. We tried the apple struessel too. It worked well with the crust though and we liked it having both the crumb...
