UPDATE: I donate all the time and have for YEARS, never again! I went into the store yesterday. The supervisor has a terrible attitude. Didn't catch her name, she worked Tuesday July 31st at 4:00. She treated the girl at the register terrible and myself. I said Thank you and she didn't even acknowledge me. I said it 2 more times because frankly she needs to learn manners. I had JUST purchased a shirt got into my vehicle, looked down and seen a big RIP that I hadn't noticed before, obviously. I went back inside, the girl said I need to call a manager and called for a manager on the store speaker, some young girl (supervisor) with a attitude come out from a rack of cloths and says in a degrading tone, I'm right here. Was extremely rude to me. No eye contact. She was put out that she even had to bother with me. Horrible about returns. Prices are getting a bit high. I donate all the time and even deliver them myself. They use to pick my items up. This place use to be friendly, what happened? I'm sure that NO one there will read this or care if they did read it.

I like that it's pretty organized but I have seen things in there that are really overpriced. I believe a used pan stained from being used would be a better deal at 3 dollars. Your still making money. I would go to Walmart and get it brand new for $5. Not a big complainer but when I saw a jacket in there at winter time it was horrible it was had holes in it so look like I should be put in the trash and it was marked $30 it just broke my heart to see that. I am 100% for the military I would support them in any way I could.my opinion is to have the owner go through the store and look over everythingand maybe have a little bit more he's on things that are being used and that people will have to go home and scrub before. Went in on Friday the 17th to shop picked up my items to fill a 50 $ voucher I had purchased. Was told could not use voucher I said I know I have to pay full price then was refused any sale because they could not ring it up as full price I was told I had to shop another day. I said can I talk to manager was told nomad to come back on day they were not having a sale. They were not capable of ringing up as full price. So instead of making money for veterans they sold the stuff for half price and I was denied items. I know there is a way to ring it but they refused to even call for help.
