Wings N More — Restaurant in Joplin

Resident from NWA and I can say idm if I drive to Joplin for some great Chinese food! I have a lunch truck in Bella vista and besides that I would go to panda just because there aren’t any great satisfaction Chinese food 👎 the food of any kind from kids menu to regular entrees are delish I cannot wait to go back and try other kind of plates. The wings uff crispy and enough sauce. The tso chicken man man that was my all time favorite it was soooo good and crispy first of all there was some breast in there so it was a little of both with the fresh vegetables and the sauce uff bomb. The service was gentle and patient. My three year old ate her kids lo mein. Yes the egg rolls come by twos and they are not huge nor long but they are stuffed. When I got home my order was completely wrong, I asked for boneless chicken and gotten regular wings also wanted shrimp fried rice and gotten fries. I called to ask them just to replace the order and was told that the food was good and just to eat it that they closed in 15 min. I tried to explain my kids wouldn't touch it and asked again to replace it again he told me to make my kids eat it and they would just discount me the next time I came in. I told him I was coming and getting my money back he preceded to tell me I would have to be there within 15 min to get my money back. When I showed up (within 15min) he again said the food was good and tried to argue, he changed his mind promptly after I told him the food would be All over the floor and he would be staying open longer then 15 min. I have been here a few times and it ok. Food ihas always been cooked well each time and the lunch menu prices are under $7. I have ordered the General chicken and the Kung Pow chicken and both were good, but I feel like these 2 dishes are missing something as they are supposed to have some kick to them. Food did come out in a timely manner. Overall, service is good, facilities are clean and prices are reasonable.
