So, me and my three friends were in the drive thru. My friend had two codes for free food, but the girl at the microphone explained that weâd have to do two transactions since they could only put one code per transaction. This was fine, and we also ordered a chicken nugget meal as well. So, we asked the lady if she could put the nugget meal and free fry on one transaction, and then put my friendâs free mcchicken on the second transaction. After this was explained, we pulled up to the first window. The boy at the window only gave us one receipt, but we assumed that it was because it was because our other meal was just a free mcchicken. We pull up to the second window and the lady, presumably in her 40s or 50s (also in a manager uniform i presume) gave us our food. She then told us to have a good day so we began to drive away but then she yelled at us to come back. So we were confused and asked what happened. She said, âYou still have to pay for your meal regardless of what window you go to first.â So we say, âWhat? We just paid for our meal, half of it was free.â And while iâm trying to explain, she continued to talk over me and basically made the assumption we were stealing and not going to pay when it was a simple misunderstanding. So what happened was the woman at the microphone had mixed up our order and we ended up having to pay for the mcchicken when it shouldâve been free, yet we hadnât paid for the nuggets because they were a separate transaction and we hadnât received that receipt. I attempt to explain this to the lady, but she continued to have an attitude with me even when i am being polite. It gets to a point where my friend has to step in and talk over her because sheâs just assuming weâre trying to get a free meal. We asked for a refund on our mcchicken since we used points for it, and the lady said they donât do refunds. (iâm positive they do, she just didnât want to do the work.) So she keeps telling us we have to pay and canât leave with that food as iâm holding the apple pay for her to take, just being disrespectful towards us. I flat out had to tell her âNobodyâs saying weâre not going to pay, hereâs my apple pay.â After that, we drove away. My friend lost a lot of points, but that wasnât the point. This woman was extremely unprofessional and would not let us explain our side. She was adamant we had tried to drive away on purpose without paying. This is a poorly managed store if that woman was a manager. She is an older woman, and she had a green outfit on. I never caught her name, but i wish I had....
   Read moreAfter a long day of work, we stopped to get my toddler a happy meal 6peace nuggets and French fries. I noticed the meal was cold and hard. I went back around to get my order fixed and it appears like the same happy meal I gave them was given right back to me because it was still cold and hard and the nugget my toddler got a bite from was in the box too! So Iâm not sure what took place. But my order wasnât fixed and made fresh.
The people there at the window and in the kitchen they all looked like they were playing around and talking they also look very careless and unprofessional!
I donât know what kind of employee training they have set in place, but management or the owner needs to start paying close attention to the crew and redirecting the employees and set a training in place for them before they run this place completely down! Makes me wonder if they are even trained for GMP since the girl on the window was chewing gum with the mouth wide open and or if they even know anything about SQF since my toddlers meal didnât meet the temperature.
I am one Unsatisfied customers and still left with my cold food because it wasnât worth me going back around. not knowing what elseâs they will do to my food.
I truly hope management can read this review as it is concerning and itâs to the benefit...
   Read moreThese people are THIEVES! AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN! We placed a mobile order and I went to go pick it up. They gave me an incomplete order and told me they donât have the pies that I ordered.
I simply asked for the refund of the missing portion. No biggie right? WRONG! The guy thatâs semi heavy set, brown hair and wears glasses REFUSED to give the money back. So itâs ok to keep peoples money even when YOU donât complete the order???
Then had the audacity to tell me it was against their corporate policy! Lol SERIOUSLY?! I have been to McDonaldâs many times and never had an issue getting a refund when they couldnât complete my order. I also looked in the corporate policy and that was no where to be found.
But wait it gets better! After I asked for a refund for the missing portion, he says, âwell you can wait 14 minutes to get the pies.â SO YOU LIED ABOUT HAVING PIES IN THE FIRST PLACE? Why all of a sudden you have pies when you explicitly said you didnât have any left?
The manager of this store needs to contact me and give me that money back. This is not a donation, this is a business! I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CALL CORPORATE BECAUSE YOU GUYS CANT MANAGE TO HANDLE A...
