The Branded Phénix Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Joshua

Where to start? From the moment we got there it was bad . We went to midget wrestling last night and the doors were supposed to open at 6 . We'll 607 came along and we had employees standing on the otherside of the door pointing at their watches looking at us and other customers waiting. But whatever that's not the reason for the bad review. I'm a people watcher and the wife and I and numerous other customers noticed how prissy, stuck up , and rude the female owner was. She first off made two different paying customers move out of their spot to seat her friends in the spots they were sitting in . Apologizing in a annoyed rolling her eyes way . Her employees forgot to reserve the table for her friends . So to make it right she ran the customers off. Her attitude was absolutely Miranda lambert. She spent her night catering to her friends as like I said I'm a people watcher . Jessica her friend showed up so hammered and was complaining the whole time . You just get a really bad vibe seeing a owner struggling to entertain her family and friends over people that just dropped a couple hundred bucks to come to your establishment. We could only find one restroom there may have been more but don't know . They ran out of all drinks within 20 minutes of the show starting . Needless to say it the owner was less worried about Jessica maybe they wouldn't have had to sold hot drinks . Really cute place though , the waitresses were awesome. The venue was clean and prices on drinks were super fair . I just really making this review so the owner can really take a step back and remember why she opened this place . Who pays the bills the customers or friends or family? Because she list three paying customers over this and more that they will tell. Word of mouth is powerful. I love this place! Brandi, the owner, is super friendly and makes everyone feel like family the second you walk in. You can tell she puts her heart into this bar.
