The location I went was to Alvarado, TX. My husband and I ordered a dessert that was made wrongly and so, I asked my husband for his credit card to return this order and get the money back, what happened? when I go in, I asked immediately for the manager, guess who was the manager? the one who also gave me the order wrong, we asked for 2 cones, (one medium chocolate cone, one LARGE vanilla) when she handed to us the medium chocolate cone and then the "large vanilla cone" the vanilla cone was LITERALLY smaller than the medium chocolate cone" we both look at each other and he asked to her, it's this large vanilla cone? she responded: "Yes!" so I grabbed the vanilla cone and told my husband to go park cuz I want my money back, then is when I asked for that manager who was the same person who took care of ur in the drive thru and responded to us that the order was correct, what happened? she saw me and without letting me even speak, she grabbed my cone fast and with attitude and told me: "ill fix it" well, she for 1 took FOREVER to just poor a vanilla cone, which makes me think what else she put in it, so when she finally comes back, I had the chance to tell her that I didn't want another cone, that all I wanted was my money back, so, she couldn't hide all her body language acting ghetto, grabbed my credit card and CHARGED us to the credit card another cone instead of returning or money. I left without a cone thinking she returned that money to the card and when we got home, I asked mu husband to check on that return payment and tell me what happened, cuz my intuition it's amazing, well, indeed, she charged us again and threw my ice cream in her trash. This type of management is what makes places look bad, and lose regular customers like she did. We decided to never returnas long as she still there givig attitudeto people just becauseyou are having a bad day or you are working under pressure, doesn't mean you should treat the unhappy customers the way you did.. karma its real lady and pray to my universe, that someday you pay for being a thief. Next time ill go there just to get your name and edit my post...

The food is good that's when they actually get it right and 99 percent of the time they don't why because they are kids who no matter what will get paid. I have been in the food industry for about 10 years now and I have never been more upset at the way I get treated every time I go here. Let me start with my order I always order a HAMBURGER WITH MUSTARD AND KETCHUP ONLY and a MEDIUM CHOCOLATE SHAKE WITH NO WHIP Cream everytime without fail they put cheese on the burger and whip cream on the shake. Now I would beore understanding 1 if they were busy or if I didn't go in to get it fixed and 4 of them have headsets on including the cook. Also the little girl who handed me my change back and dropped it in between the restaurant and my car because she was so worried about looking at the line behind me instead of paying attention to the customer at the window is probably one of the rudest brats I have ever seen. It's to the point of I worry that they will do something to my food because they know my order which I know they wouldnt but it's just the vibe I get. Now mind you this is the night crew. There is never ever a suggested upsell or repeating of my order back nothing! It's ashame really if I was a manager and had complaints like this every single last one of them from the manager on duty to the dishwasher would be retrained or fired.
