We came in for a late night dinner with our kiddos. Honestly, we were so excited to see QDOBA because it was one of the only ways of healthy options offered around these areas. I really think it's so sad that there aren't many healthy options of food choices. We love that you can make your own. Our kids finished their entire bowls. We had two tired kiddos, and we were each carrying one. The one thing that stuck out most to me was the young gentleman ringing us up. He was so kind, and seeing that our hands were full, he offered to carry the bags out to the cat for us. We declined, as we are used to multi carrying. I'm sorry I did not get his name, but the place should know they have a fine young man working there (his momma would be proud) and that politeness is what draws more customers into such establishments. I would certainly go back there for the food, but I would choose that location before another because I want my young boys to see more young men like that they can look up to as they grow.
Now, the food was delicious all around. As I said, my children ate their entire bowls. Though we took out food to go, the place was very clean and well stocked. The workers were all upbeat and keeping the place from building a line....
Read moreI'm disappointed with what I saw while waiting in the order line. The employee that begins your order was also putting together call in orders. Instead of using a clean aluminum pan to make the meal on she grabbed a pan from a stack of dirty pans and built the burrito over the top of the leftover food particles stuck on the pan. Myself and another customer watched her do this twice and seriously questioned ourselves if we should continue with our orders. (We didn't order a burrito but some bowls) I want others to know that when you call in an order this is how your food is handled, no, no, no, very disgusting! What's wrong with your manager?? Is this okay with the local Heath Department Inspectors? If the conclusion is that this is a standard practice at Qdoba in Junction City then I will no longer recommend this restaurant. ...

They offer the same portions and quality ingredients at a fraction of the cost. Not really the same way anymore. It’s unfortunate considering the main component to a burrito bowl is rice (one of the cheapest items to make in bulk). 50/50 shot being served meat that’s been burned. ——————- Customer service has declined significantly. I’ve been going here for over 3 years now. I walk in to place an order for lunch. I guess they weren’t open yet (it’s 10:26am). I didn’t realize they weren’t open, I received no greeting other than “ we’re not open” followed by me being ushered out the front.
The lady then rudely locked the door behind me when I was speaking to her. What happened to customer service? I just want a burrito bowl without being treated...
