Overall, it's a clean, good experience with good food for a buffet. It would be one of my top 5 chinese buffet locations out of the 6 states I've been to.
Atmosphere: I've been to a lot of buffets, and this location was easily one of the cleanest and most well-maintained. I've been here a few times, and the staff are very friendly and have always been quick to refill water and take empty plates. There's quiet background noise to help drown out the conversations from other tables without being too loud to hold a conversation at your own table. Food: Most of the food is covered, so customers aren't accidentally spilling and mixing different dishes. Most of my visits have been good experiences with their seafood and pork, which is better than I can say for most buffets that provide those options. The food is cooked well for a buffet, and I've never had raw or undercooked chicken, beef, or pork at this location. My only complaint would be the breaded dishes(crab rangoons, fried donuts, toast, etc.) which can sometimes be a bit undercooked, but not unbearably so...
Read moreThe food was delicious, fresh, hot and so many options. One row of American food and 2 rows of Chinese options plus a dessert, soups, sushi, and salad bar. Plenty of ice cream options in the back too. Honorable mentions: fried chicken wings, honey chicken, fried rice, sushi, crab rangoons, broccoli beef, and egg rolls. I got so full I couldn’t even try everything and I didn’t get to the American buffet side (the Mac and cheese looked good), plenty of options. It’s kid friendly too with pizza, fries, etc for the little ones. 2 of us ate for $29 which was for the dinner buffet and 2 drinks. Lunch buffet is cheaper as well as kids under 12. The dining room was clean and they constantly had servers who came by to refill your drinks and clear your used plates they also kept the buffet area cleaned of spills and refreshed of food. Unfortunately we don’t live here but I hope to be back soon. Seems like a popular restaurant since there were plenty of people dining in although it...
Read moreI am and have been a food critic for almost 9 years, Have eaten here twice in the last two weeks: the overall food and dining experience, For me was a:
Very subpar for a normal chinese based buffet style restaurant; (i'd rather travel to Manhattan, KS) than eat here because of: way less sushi roll choices and quality, (NO seaweed salad, no sauces, eel/ yum yum sauce, nothing) than most chinese buffets; All Servers/ Busser's/ cashiers/.... ? .... looked like they themselves didn't want to be there the whole time both times!, The only thing going for this Chinese Buffett is that they are only $1-2 Dollars cheaper than anywhere else that has Soooo much more to offer that's only 5-10 minutes farther. 4/10, "I mean your the only chinese buffet within 5 min's that is next to a 10,000+ Soldier base!! charge more they will pay for it!" "stop...
