Alaskan Crepe Escape-Valley — Restaurant in Juneau

I went here just to get a quick lunch when I arrived there was not a single person in line and they where not busy I ordered and noticed that the cashier was short tempered but I just let it slide because it didn’t really affect me but when I received my order this young blonde girl that was working alone gave me the nastiest response to me simply asking for a box I understand being in a rush and someone asking for something like that and that upsetting you but you had ZERO customers and all I asked for was simply a box and she responded in a condescending tone “you need to ask for that at the register next time” 🫥 there where no customers still. Safe to say I will no longer be spending my money here it is not worth the 11.00$ I also tipped and wished I hadn’t because she definitely didn’t deserve it bad attitude and bad service if you really hate your job that badly then maybe consider moving to...

Really cool to have this option in the valley for locals! We were in town for celebration and hoping to get out of the mad rush of downtown after I broke my foot in a freak accident. Crepe escape did not disappoint! My husband got the sausage breakfast crepe, I got the gastineau (smoked salmon), we split a strawberry Nutella, and got a kid's brekky for our 11 month old. Portions were generous, my crepe was absolutely loaded with salmon, and they offered to split the sweet crepe in half for us which worked really well. Baby loved his crepe as well. Atmosphere was lovely, cool little uncrowded food truck court with eagles calling overhead. I remember going to this place as a little kid and it's lovely to see that it's still going strong. We were excited to try this unique food truck. The teenage girl w/ braces took our order. Thats when the excitement ended. She completely lacked customer service skills, no friendliness. Pushy & curt for us to order. Then she wrote down my husband’s order wrong & blamed him for it when he asked for it to be fixed. What a disappointment. First & last time experience. Need to train and practice customer service skills esp w/ the prevalence of unsociable teens today. Simple food, simple orders shouldn’t be that hard to write down & its best practice to read an order back to customers. Food is decent but not anything exciting.
