KATI Asian Cuisine Thai and Sushi {New Management} — Restaurant in Juno Beach

I'm very critical of Thai Cuisine. Every Thai restaurant claims to have authentic cuisine(and charge as such) however, many fail to deliver as such. KATI proved they can deliver! Amazing flavors, each spice was tasteful and they can customize each order to your liking with sodium, sweetness or spiciness levels (i went with 3, perfect amount of spice to compliment the flavors without over powering my tastebuds and burning my mouth, with that said i enjoy spicy food so maybe go with a 1 or 2 if you're not accustom to hot spices, 5 if your mouth is the center of Mt. Vesuvius). They don't have A/C in house but honestly, the explosion of flavors in your mouth don't need A/C to be enjoyed! (Still would've been nice) Pictured here are Beef drunken noodles and sweet and sour chicken stir fry that comes...

Great all around. We were a little nervous at first as we loved the old KATI and were afraid this wouldn’t be as good but we were very happy - not only were our old favorites still on the menu (drunken noodles and green curry) but a huge selection of sushi and other options. Tonight we did the Tuna Pizza as an appetizer (sooo good and light - perfect app) and I couldn’t decide between the cashew but stir fry and pork drunken noodles but they offered to make the drunken noodles with cashew nut sauce - and it was great! My husband had the green curry and was very pleased. We both did level 2 for spice but I couldn’t have done with 1 I think as it was a little spicier than I expected (but still not as spicy as the old owners’ rating for a 2!)...
