Yelling at elderly customers!!! If you want extremely bad service then by all means go here. I ordered online for my parents to pick it up that were staying next door at the hotel. They were sharing a sub and one of them doesn’t like olives and peppers. I could have added those things on to the sub for free, but then they would have been picking one half off. There is no place to put in the online app ordering to tell them “on the side except in notes, but in my experience it’s not always read. So my mother asked for the veggies for half the sub on the side. The woman then started telling her that the veggies would be extra since it wasn’t ordered at the time. The woman then started yelling at her because she said she was asking for too much. Not sure if it’s just because she was elderly or because English is her second language and the employee thought she could take advantage of her. Do not go here.
To answer back to the reply, it definitely was your store at 2562 W Indiantown Rd! It was March 3rd around 2:00pm. Whoever the woman was that was working at that time has no customer service skills and lied to my elderly parents to save on a couple pieces of peppers and olives. Read moreI made an online order and was contacted that the store is out of bread. That the food truck didn't come today so they needed to bake bread. There was no way for me or subway to cancel my order, no option for a refund nothing. I made the order at 330pm and was told it would only take an hour to bake more bread. Here it is 5:12pm and it's still not done. This is absolutely rediculous. How can you run a buisness like this and atleast not offer a cancelation and refund for not providing services? Read moreThey do not answer their phone. I tried calling to make sure they were open in the morning for breakfast because most store hours have changed due to the pandemic. When I went there they do not have coffee even though it is on your menu.. They also could only accept cash and though they don't state that on the door when you walk in. Many customers ordered their food waited to get it prepared and then could not pay for it. This Subway is terrible. Don't bother, just go down the street...
