Five Guys — Restaurant in Jupiter

I have to say I was NOT blown away. One used to get a pretty good hamburger and fries in this place but they have definitely gone downhill, as far as I'm concerned. The hamburger bun was cold. And along with all the toppings, which I expected to be cold, it made the whole sandwich extremely cold. The meat Patty seems to have shrunk a great deal also and was barely warm and DRY. This was not the hot juicy hamburger that I've had in the past. The fries are another matter: they were actually very good, as usual, but the guy who was bagging the food gave me this little tiny cupful with about six fries and maybe three or four scattered in the bottom of the bag, compared to about the half pound of fries used to get in the past. I had to ask for more, which at least he did give me. I was very disappointed. By the way, this was a phone in order and I was there within the 10-minute time frame they gave me. Will be a long time before...

Used to eat here often, but won’t be returning. Put in an online order for pickup, and was told it would be ready in 6-12 minutes. Got there 15 minutes after placing the order and still had to wait another 10 minutes for some reason.

My order was 2 hamburgers and large fries, but for some reason the hamburgers only had 1 patty each, instead of the 2 patties the burgers are supposed to have — I did NOT order small burgers, I made sure to check.

Additionally, the size and quality of the burgers has gone down by magnitudes since the remodel, as well as the quantity of fries. A large order of fries used to have about 4 times as many fries as I was given on my last couple orders.

Will not be returning to 5 guys — I basically paid $30 for tiny McDonald’s burgers…...

And also the burger was bland ...back in the day when i was younger and me and my friends used to go there every day ( no jk everyday) the buger would be like flavorful and greasy with a ton of effort and more then enough condamins on it i always get a 2 stack with cheaase lettuce mayo mustard and a1 sauce with pickles and grilled onions and this one i had was no match whats so ever but i hope this helps god bless

By the way shout out to the five guys in broward margate blvd rock island and atlantic blvd in the publix plaza they make the best five guys burger and serve the perfect amout...
