Not only are their prices different on their website, on their menu and when you order by phone, but when brought to their attention they argue with you about their prices. When you order by phone the call is transferred out to New York City and the order is then placed through the computer back to Jupiter where they make it. When they messed up my order they said I ordered it incorrectly, which is what I have ordered in the past and it was not messed up. When I called back to state my order was wrong as well as complain of the price differences, no resolution was given only them stating that this is how it is because of Covid. I also feel the food has gotten worse. Very greasy and prepared differently. Will never order from them again. This time around my Mongolian beef tasted like crap. The container was filed to the brim in a gravy like mixture. Not sure why but this dish doesnât require gravy the last time I checked.
