Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

I place an order at 11:52 AM today for our soccer team because the kids had 2 games and needed food in between so we ordered pizza. The estimate delivery was 14-29 minutes. I called at 12:24 PM for an ETA, the person who answered said the driver was leaving right then and should be to us in about 10 minutes. I called at 12:44 PM letting them know that we never got our pizzas and wanted to cancel because at this point we are thinking our pizzas were never going to come and the 2nd game started in 15 mins. I spoke to the manager for some sort of compensation so the kids could at least eat after the game and she said they would not accommodate us because we cancelled the order because we no longer wanted it and we had placed it at 12:25 PM so the cancellation was still within 30 minutes. Again, going back, the order was placed at 11:52 AM, I think they forgot our order and accepted it at 12:25 PM. No accountability. Even the receipt shows 12:33 PM. The Assistant Manager Kelly was rude, unprofessional, and should not be in a customer service position. I've reported them to corporate and I will be reporting them to the BBB. Our players should NOT have went without because they chose to NEVER give...

Hands down the best! After "trying" to order online with P.H., them calling to let us know they were going to charge us for pineapple (one of 2 toppings ordered), the guy not wanting to bother the mgr. with changing the computer to reflect the correct order, well, we cancelled the entire $50 order. Decided to give Domino's a try. Ordering online is sooo user friendly. No guessing. You can even go back into your order to make changes. We picked it up and it was ready exactly when the email said it would be. Delicious parmesan bread bites. Delicious pizzas. Wow, the brownie /cookie was oh so yummy. And best of all, everything was warm when we began to eat. Haven't eaten R.T. in many years and now adding P.H. to...

I’m sorry but what is going on with this Dominos???? The last order I did I have to select pick up because the order before that they were taking over 2 hours to even deliver it and the order was sitting ready for almost 45min!!!! Then this time around we ordered again for pick up and we got notified that it was ready and my boyfriend said when he arrived there were people waiting for their ordered 20 mins after they were late to pick up! Not only that they got my boyfriends order wrong! And when I called to get it resolved I was on hold for 15 mins....I just hung up... I don’t think I’m gonna order here again... or until there a new management... it has never been...
