Jose's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

I placed my order at 6:17 only to get to the establishment at 7pm so they can tell me they never confirmed it and i can wait 45 minutes or get a refund. I decided to wait the 45 minutes... went back inside at 8:05 pm and they had given my order to some else therefore i had to give them my order all over again and wait yet again for my order to be cooked. When i complained about it all i got was a yeah i know someone just grabbed your food and left... first off why is the food out for customer's to just grab and go? and secondly while waiting in my car on curbside pickup 1 i saw one of your employees talking to a lady that had gotten her order wrong and " keep all of it. Take all the food and ill give yours right now too" didnt even check to see what the lady was taking to remake the order that belobged to someone else, which makes me thinks it was mine. 5 de mayo and youre a Mexican restaurant on a taco tuesday it was obvious you were going to be busy doesnt take a genius to know that. This is the best service I've ever had from a casual dining establishment. The woman at the register was incredibly polite and helpful, and she even checked up on us twice to see if we needed anything. We came in at 9:10 and got our food fairly quick. I ordered the carne asada three taco platter and, while quite pricey especially with the carne asada, it was delicious! Never have I tasted such fresh and perfectly cooked carne asada at any establishment. My dad ordered a breakfast platter with eggs mixed with beef. I think he said it was called machaca (he speaks Spanish, I do not). The beans and rice were good but typical for a Mexican restaurant. The horchata was good as well. The place is also clean and not cramped at all. It has a nice, themed atmosphere. And I just can't stress enough how wonderful the cashier woman was! We went here last week to eat and the service was so bad I don’t think we’ll be back. We called before we drove to the restaurant to ask what time the taco Tuesday special started. They told us 2pm to close. So we showed up at 3pm only to be told that they no longer offer that special so we had to pay full price. So the woman who answered the phone didn’t know what she was talking about? We ordered 2 margaritas with our food. The waiter dropped off 1 margarita and didn’t come back for 10min. When I went to go ask why he didn’t bring the 2nd margarita he said “I forgot”. He then took another 20min to bring the 2nd margarita. My friend ordered tacos with NO ONIONS. Instead he got tacos with no cilantro and full of onions. When we told the lady behind the counter they made the food wrong they refused to make it again and just asked us to pick out the onions.
