Came here today to pick up a mobile order. Pulled up to the curbside pick up spot and started waiting for my order. Here's what happened. Immediately to my right there was a person in their car smoking a cigarette, nasty. I had to roll up my windows to protect myself from the toxic poisonous fumes. Then I was brought the wrong order. Afterwards I was brought the correct order but it was missing items. Who's training these people? Finally I received all the items I paid for and as I was leaving I noticed that the person smoking a cigarette had littered their still smoking cigarette on the ground outside the car. Not only is that dangerous in California considering fires but it's also disgusting and illegal. I parked and picked it up and tried to hand it back to the owner. I was met with a hostile attitude and the person Informed me that they were the manager of the location and it's okay that she would Clean it up later. I asked for her name so I could complain and they refused stating that they were the manager and it would be cleaned up. Not satisfied with this I called the location and requested to speak with the manager. I was on hold and the employee in the car returned to work. Someone, whom I'm assuming was the very person I was complaining about, answered the phone and took my complaint but considering that the person said they were the manager, I'm assuming nothing...

Every time I come to this McDonald’s either they’re only excepting cash or only excepting card or there’s always some type of catch when you go through the drive-through either they’re only serving pastries, but no drinks and no food or vice versa or there’s always something going on here where they’re not excepting some type of currency and they’re not giving out certain types of food and then they make you wait in line in the middle of the night while the homeless people are standing at the door and at the window asking you for money and asking you for food when they clearly don’t have anything inside their store or ever stocked or they’re just too lazy to unfreeze it and stick deep fryer and whip it up. No accountability no contact number to speak to managers the owners whoever they are they do obviously do not care about their company. My suggestion is drive a little further to get better quality food, and less of a headache, but from my experience, which is quite a bit coming to this one between the hours of 11 PM and 6 AM the night crew is unbearable and unprofessional. Please heed this warning and save your money and go somewhere else where they take...
Read moreOur visit there was a trip down memory lane for my sons 50th birthday. Indeed things had changed since he worked there in 1984. Back then the kids got $3.50 an hour. It was a starting point for career. Which is just how he and the others did then. He went on joined the Air Force and became Vice President of a thriving it company. HIs job took him to the east coast where he and his wife raised 3 children, two have graduated college the last one a junior. All very successful jobs. His work ethics came back from a time when the owner and managers took an interest. The restaurant back then was busy. Full of activities and visits from Ronald McDonald whenever possible. This store was sad. Just another fast food place where kids think they are owed $15 an hour and probably have no desire to go further. Think the customers owe them. The 5 stars are for the manager Ricardo who honored my wishes with a Ronald cake and making sure we were comfortable. Long have gone the many birthday parties, school events fundraisers and so much more. I wish we were able to thank Ed Rix for all he instilled in so many, may he rest in peace. He gave so much.
