Paracho Mexican and Seafood Restaurant — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

First time visit on Saturday (5 days ago). We went to try it because they were in Restaurant.com (and because they had indoor dining). Unfortunately, they didn’t validate our certificate. Our server didn’t even know about Restaurant.com (poor training). She said to wait for her supervisor. We had to wait about 10-15 min as she said her supervisor was in break (she was at a table by the bar) when she came she said she called the owner and he told her they were no longer with Restaurant.com. She told us he told her he had asked Restaurant.com to be removed. However, 5 days after they’re still showing on their website. I asked her to ask him to validate our certificates for this time as we were first time customers. But she said she had already asked him. I guess they feel they can afford to loose new customers. Food and service is good (3/5). Food price is fair but drinks are pricey. The restaurant needs to be more clean. There were dirty tables...

Food was delicious and good quality. They are definitely not stingy, so if you don't eat a lot consider sharing. We only waited like 25-30 min. You got Chips and salsa while you waited. The waitress was very personable, friendly and attentive. They were playing good music! Spanish jazz and outside more upbeat music. The booths were comfortable, clean and well taken care of. TV sets everywhere, I'm assuming for sports, however when I was there they were showing the live jazz musicians. The door was opened and I believe that's what caused a couple of flies to come in, which bothered us while we ate. I had also told the waitress I was sharing food and we wanted to order one order of the sopes and instead she brought me two orders of Sopes. The misunderstanding was expensive because she didn't offer to take it back and cancel it since I didn't order two. Those are the only things that kind of bothered me. Otherwise everything...

Ordered two burritos and a main dish to-go online, came at the time it said it was going to be ready, they brought me a bag with two containers and a bag of chips in it so I asked “is this the order for (my name)” and they said yeah, left thinking it had everything, got home and opened it to see one main dish container and the rice and beans in the second container. Went back, explained that’s it’s missing the burritos, they were nice about it and it took about 15 minutes, but I check the food and it’s wrong AGAIN, with a main dish totally different from the first and only one burrito. If they’re not gonna get it right the second time, the third time is is pointless. Decent service, but don’t trust that they’ll know what...
