La Michoacana Premium — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

Good ice cream. Bad service.

This is my second time coming here. The first time I liked it so much that I recommend this place to 2 other people. Unfortunately tonight, this one worker who didn't know english, was very rude to us. I did not care that she didn't speak any english. I used enough spanish to know how to order. But I didn't know the word for "Sunday" in spanish. I had already order a banana split, but my mother-in-law wanted a Sunday. I tried to explain kindly to her and I was patient. But she was so rude to me. Shaking her head at me because I didn't know spanish? Respect and kindness goes beyond language. Once I didn't know how to order the Sunday, her expression and additude changed. My Fiance order after me. And she did the same to him. Good ice cream....

This place is awesome. I am not sure how I missed this place as it's been open they say for around 5 years now and I pass by it all the time. I just figured it was just another Mexican restaurant on this road as this is an area full of this culture.

I was surprised when I walked in, it is not just for Mexicans!!! (I don't care if this sounds incorrect. The fact is, this area has a large Mexican population so my statements are accurate here)

Unlike most mint chocolate ice cream, they pack a ton of mint and just as much chocolate in theirs so the very strong mint with the overabundance of chocolate is so good. Some of the best mint chocolate chip I have ever had.

Plus they have at least 100 popsicles you can buy, custom...

So this place was amazing the first time i had ever been here...now the second time was completely opposite... After leaving there i realized why...it was the service... The lady that was here the first time was awesome...and she was alone working...she had a line of customers but she took her time and made everything in a way that made it worth the wait.. But second time there was 2 girls and one was very unwelcoming she did not have any customer service skills at all... I really wanted to just cancel order and leave but felt bad because the oder was made already...the items i order didnt taste the same and hope it was who...
