Vicky's Jurupa Valley — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

My family and I had breakfast here last weekend and at first I didn't mind the little bit than longer wait. But I started to see other people who came before us get their food first. We asked a Mexican short older lady why our order hasn't arrived and responded with that's just how we do things, no sorry for the wait or anything. Their ordering system is bad. I also found out that one of the servers there, a young Hispanic girl with her hair up served his boyfriend first. I saw this guy way behind us in line. I didn't know they were a couple until I saw them interact not how you should in a professional and family environment. They were touching and flirting in a family restaurant, it's disgusting. We asked her for refill coffee and ignored my family at first. We couldn't believe we saw such bad service. When we finally got our food it was not served hot . Very lukewarm. Worst experience at a family restaurant, I think it should be more like a Hooters with all the inappropriate stuff my family saw. Where's the manager , how can he let something like this be...

Attitude obviously reflects leadership. Our family has eaten inside several times and have never been blown away by the food and have had lousy service twice. But today, I was craving a burger so I went through the drive thru and ordered a burger. Only 2 cars in the parking lot and no one but me in the drive thru and I had to wait to place my order, then told I'd get my total at the window. Pulled to the window and waited. And waited. And waited... 5 minutes went by and no one even acknowledged my presence. Drove home and called to speak to management. A man named Tom identified himself as the owner. I explained that he might want to know the reason he had a customer drive away. I got no apology, just told that they had 'alot going on'. A mealy-mouthed half an excuse from the owner!! Apparently, they are doing such a booming business that they can forgo the customer...

Second visit after my first drive through 6 years ago. Decided to dine in since i live in the neighborhood, food was good. Had a pancake combo and ordered a medium drink. (Drinks not included with combo) Didn't feel as welcomed as the older folks sitting around me. Two different cashiers/waitress ladies asked two tables around me if they needed anything, can they get them hot sauce when their plate was served. I honestly just got an "ok, here you go" and "can I take that for you" when I was done. Felt like i was getting a cold shoulder for some reason. So not really a restaurant hospitality feel if that's what they were going for. More of a fast food joint. The food was good so that's what saved from a one star review. Keeping the rate at 3 stars for now but don't plan on coming back...
